Jeremiah was patient to answer all my many questions. I was apprahensive in buying a vehicle I had never seen in person. But the van was exactly as described. The office staff made the paper work easy. Van delivered to my driveway the next day . We have had the van for more than a year with no problems. It makes transporting my husband so easy. Everyone at Mobility 316 was great!

I can't say enough about Mobility316!!! Jeremiah did everything in his power to get us what we needed, help us pick out, answer any questions, pointed us in the right direction for financing and also working with our state's Cap/c program, so they could pay for the conversion!! He even had it shipped to us in NC!! Jeremiah & This handicap van was absolutely sent from God!!! I have a special needs baby, that is growing so ever fast, so we absolutely needed to transition from a car seat to a handicap van so badly! Thank God for allowing me to find Jeremiah, Mobility316 / Affordable Mobility Solutions, and the finance team!!

Looking nationwide for an affordable nemt vehicle to add to our fleet. Got a thorough view of the vehicle from the in-depth video. Chose the one we liked,made the payment and the van arrived 2 days earlier than projected.
Was a little hesitant during a transaction totally online for this amount of money but I am 1 happy camper. Looking forward to our next purchase.

We had a great experience with Jeremiah and his team at Mobiliy316. We are thankful for them because our family was in the middle of trying to recover from a devastating car accident that created the need for the handicapable van and they made the process so easy. He and his team were transparent, never tried to take advantage of us and were accommodating in each part of the vehicle selection and purchase process. As we found out, there are limited dealers who sell these special use vehicles and some are overwhelmingly high priced. Because of that, I highly recommend Mobility316 to anyone in the need of a handicap accessible vehicle that is reliable, affordable and comes with a warranty.

Found this company one night while doing searches online for mobility vans dealers. I was interested primarily in the competitive pricing his company has vs a lot of the other sites and dealers. Had actually decided to try a local California based dealer because I just felt it would be safer doing a transaction in the same city. What a 'clusterfawq' that was... (See my other review on Mobility Access Vehicles) Ultimately I ended up dealing with the owner of Mobility316 because I had been ignored by the competition and I just wanted to cut through the BS and deal with someone in charge.
As busy as Jeremiah is with all his awesome video work on YouTube I totally respected that he took the time to get me on the right path to ownership. I picked the vehicle and signed contract after a couple days. Deal was done and just waited for shipment to California.
Transportation is coordinated and a week later I take delivery of my vehicle. Here is where the good stuff happened. I drive vehicle around about a week before I decide to wash the van. All the cross country travel needed to be cleaned. First time I go to check out the roof and I notice scratches. I was upset/worried because I wasn't present when vehicle arrived and transport company didn't stick around long due to a late night arrival. I called Jeremiah and to my relief he had taken pictures of my van prior to transport company taking possession for shipment. Only proof I had that I did not cause damage. Additionally the shipping company driver did take pictures of the damage to help build my case for repairs. He just never bothered to tell us and had I gone through a drive thru car wash I might never have noticed it. Jeremiah ultimately got the shipper to do the right thing and the shipper paid for the repairs.
Last bit was the registration. California and all the extra checks for smog and VIN Verification prolonged my posting of this review. I wanted to ensure the assistance was all the way thru till the end and it sure was. Plates on the vehicle and I'm a happy camper.
Any hesitations you may have with dealing with an out of state dealer are put to rest with Jeremiahs company and staff. I could not have asked for a better advocate throughout this process.
