Returned rental with gas gauge over F. Was charged $9+ to top it off. It was my understanding that this childish ripoff tactic had been retired years ago . Buyer beware. I’ll do my best to adiós this group in the future.

Smooth rental process from start to finish and great rental vehicle! Gabe was very helpful & thorough in checking the vehicle when we returned it making sure we hadn’t left anything behind.

I have used Expedia for years and for the first time our rental was thru this place Alamo at the airport. First of all, they gave me the wrong car then proceeded to charge me the extra fee for an upgrade and we had to have an unexpected hold on our card for $300. Then as we're heading back home my husband advised we were about 15 minutes behind drop of schedule for my dear friend was very ill and in the hospital. The CSR told us if the car was not returned at the time we selected, any minute after that would cost us an additional day of charge. That was $180. When we brought the car back the next day, my husband explained to a different rep named Jon our circumstances. He was so understanding and polite. He also informed us we actually had 2 hours after our initial scheduled time to bring the car back without the extra charge. He was kind enough to give us some grace and remove the extra day and that really restored my faith in humanity. We needed someone to understand and finally JON out of all the people we spoke with was the ONLY one to assist us properly and apologized profusely. The only reason I didn't give this review a 1 like I intended was for JON and his impeccable customer service skills. Thanks again JON!! We will only get a rental if you're in.

They advertised that a reservation could be canceled up to 24 hours before taking the car… But what they don’t tell you is that they will still charge you $50, even if you just made the reservation an hour ago and realize you want to change it. You got my $50, but you won’t get me again!!

Wow, this Alamo location is top notch. They have helped me multiple times, even when my original rental was from a different location. They answer the phone, unlike other Alamo locations, and do their best to make sure you are happy with the vehicle.Big shout out to Richard for being so helpful!

Rented a jeep to go to the mountains to do some hiking. Rental and return was super easy and quick. Price was a little more than I was hoping but since they didn't have the four door jeep like I rented I got a two door jeep and didn't have to fill up the tank on return. Would rent from them again.

The guy at the customer service counter was very courteous and helpful. The car was absolutely filthy. Didn’t look like it had been washed in awhile and the floor boards were not vacuumed well at all. They may have wiped the windows down but they were so streaked that they caused a bad glare. They only had one vehicle in the class that I rented.

They added additional charges to my account one month after I returned the car in good condition and not a soul could tell me why but rather transfer me to 5 agents. Do not rent from them!

I have never rented a car so dirty before. Was the car wash broken? The trunk had dirt and pebbles in it, the outside was very dirty including the windows...the cloth seats were all stained with I dont want to know with what and it smelled like cat pee I'm guessing it was just nasty bleach that they were attempting to disinfect the car. Unless a cat peed in there. But it was so dirty it was hard to believe it had any cleaning effort at all. So discusting. And I've never rented a car before that they never walked around with you to inspect the car. This one actually had large gashes in the side so I guess they didn't care after that point. Alamo shame on you for not cleaning the car, it's obvious you dont care about what you do.

Had a flat tire and no spare in the vehicle. It had to be towed and I was responsible for the tow fee and storage. I guess the customer should make sure they bring their own spare.

Took a long time to complete my rental at ICT (Wichita Eisenhower Airport) It was 4:30 PM on September 3, 2020 and no one was "manning" the Alamo rental area. Finally determined that Enterprise could complete my Alamo rental. What a joke... Don't rent from Alamo in Wichita, KS airport.
