Every single employee here has poor customer service. This is genuinely the most unwelcoming aldis. Also don’t shop on Sunday unless you want to pick through moldy produce.

I haven’t frequented Aldi too much, but have been trying to go more often to get comfortable switching to a new grocery store. After today’s experience with the cashier, I will never be back. Michelle treated me TERRIBLY. Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had with a cashier. She didn’t have an extra cart by her register and I didn’t need a cart so there wasn’t a cart for her to put my scanned items into. I had a small box for my items to go back in after she scanned them. Instead of handing them to me in an orderly fashion, she was tossing them towards me, sending fruit rolling across the floor and other items falling on the floor. I put the box on the floor so I’d have both hands to organize it as she quickly tossed it my way, and she was clearly irritated by that. I spoke up and questioned her rude behavior and told her it’s not my job to provide her with a cart, to which she responded that it was my responsibility. Interesting. There’s no sign posted about that and I know that is not the case. The customer behind me also did not have a cart and looked scared at what was going to happen when it was her turn to encounter this cashier behaving with no professionalism or kindness.

Excellent supermarket with terrible customer service apparently only for Latinos, the cashiers do not greet if you are Latino, the aisle employees have a very bad attitude!

I really love the fresh fruits and vegetables. There are a lot of selections throughout the store, and prices are very good. The store is clean, and most clerks are friendly. I shop here often and I use instacart for home delivery. Try Adis out. You will not be disappointed. : )
