I wouldn't take my car here again after the experience I've had. We received an estimate from the insurance company for what it should cost to fix the car. The body shop said it could be repaired for a couple hundred more than the estimate, but it could be even more expensive once they got it taken apart. It took weeks to get the parts in and get the repair scheduled. I was told they could repair it in two days, but that I needed to drop it off on a Tuesday morning and it would be available on Friday night. Not sure how that math works.When I picked the car up the price was around what they said they figured it would be and I paid it happily thinking that everything was done. When I went to get in the car I noticed that the front fender still had a huge dent, the front light was still sticking out from the body, and there was an inch gap between the hood and the front fender at the front of the car. I asked the technician and they said they weren't able to get it to line up but he could get me a quote on making it look as it did before it was wrecked.A week went by with no response from the shop on an estimate. I called back in and was told they were working on the estimate for the car to be fixed. Another week went by and still no estimate. I called back in and was told I'd get an estimate on Monday. On Wednesday I called in for a third time and was told the estimate was being worked on and should be ready shortly. I received the estimate a couple of hours later for the same price I originally payed for the car to be fixed. The estimate from the insurance was around $1,000, the original price to fix it was $1,250. This estimate is another $1,200. They are more than doubling the estimate from the car insurance company. And when seeing the estimate I noticed the creation date was on 11/6, over two weeks after I was first told that they would get me another estimate. I will never trust another vehicle with this company.

Took my truck here for repair. Went to pick it up and part of the adhesive didn’t bond to the fresh paint. They were quick at getting it back in. When I went to get my truck the second time the work that was completed was quite lacking. Fender line is definitely not flush as well.

Took my car in a couple weeks ago to get my paint fixed and i left my airpods in my car by accident. Which was totally my fault BUT i thought it would be in safe hands considering that they would only need to be in my car to move stuff from my trunk and to move my car. I was going to go pick up my airpods from my car before i had left for vacation so that i could use it while i was on the road but the next day my car was gonna be ready for me to pick it up so i waited till then. When i picked up my car, my airpods were not in my car where i had left them. I thought i had misplaced them for 3 weeks until i checked the location yesterday and saw that they were being used. The audacity to steal my airpods while i payed you for the work that was done on my car is crazy. Never going here again. I do know that it was my fault for leaving my airpods in my car but it was still not okay for you guys to take them. To steal from a paying customer? While you are fixing my paint does not sit right with me. I have the location so who ever has them don’t act like i can’t see everywhere you go and where you live. never had someone steal stuff from my car while it was getting worked on and of course when i go to this place for the first time, they wanna steal my airpods. i can buy new airpods but it’s the fact that you guys took them from a paying customer and thinking that you wasn’t gon get caught is really what got me. just because it was in my car does not mean it was up for grabs.Service: Painting

My lovely wife got into an scary and startling accident on a Sunday morning before church 19 days before our family vacation. With 16 days left we brought our Lexus GX 460 2021 to Crash Champions with extensive front end damage in NO condition to drive on the highways or anywhere for that matter! AND 13 days later Crash Champions (and with our helpful contact Mr Pon updating us) performed A MIRACLE on our SUV bringing forth Resurrection and Restoration to the function and condition of our family SUV just 3 days before we leave... JUST IN THE NICK OF TIME!!! Thank you Jesus!!!.... And thank you Crash Champions body team and Mr Quentin and Mr Pon!!! We are gonna have a great and comfortable family vacation because of YOU (plural)!!! God Bless You!!!

We had a small accident with our neighbor hitting the door panel of my car. Was recommended to Crash Champions through our insurance provider and a few other people. Everything from dropping the car, rental, timing and updates ended up being really great. Any miscommunications were handled quickly and efficiently, and our car was well taken care of. I had extensive damage to the front end of our Durango after hitting a deer. I decided to have it towed to Crash Champions at 96 and Greenwich. From the very moment my car arrived, to the time I picked it up, the entire staff was a dream to work with. Shane has the best of the best employees. Scott was our technician and kept me updated with the progress of the work, the parts that were needed, and any changes. Our car needed a lot repaired and they made it look completely brand new! A huge thank you to Shane, Scott, and the entire Crash Champions team for making such a miserable time bearable and smooth!!

Yes! Adrian came out while I inspecting my car, and went far and beyond my expectations. He whipped my car down when he didn't have to, and he put the new license plate on. My car died, and Adrian along with Shane came out to assist me. Amanda is one of the nicest people I ever met. She chatted with me, and come to find out we know someone from my old job at Heroes Sports Bar and Grill. The customer service is absolutely AMAZING! I want service like that all the time so I'll be back!

Rating based off my experience having to deal with not the best communication and also having to reschedule appointments because repairs were not completed the first time I brought my vehicle in. First time I brought my vehicle in it was done in a timely fashion and when I went to pick it up I wasn’t given a walk around by a technician and instead figured the job was complete and had nothing to worry about. Upon paying and exiting I took a look at my vehicle and noticed a gap in-between my bumper and grill, when going back inside to address the issue I was told I would need to bring it back in to have multiple parts as well as paint refinishing done. When bringing it back in I was told it would more than likely be finished within the day and if not I would receive a call telling me otherwise. Instead of receiving a call I assumed it would take another day or be finished the following morning and possibly receive a call that day. About 2 PM rolls around the next day and I still haven’t received a call so I call myself and ask for a status update. Was told they were unsure of when it would be finished and would receive a call if anything changes. I was then called an hour and a half before closing (5pm) to come pick up my vehicle, I then come to pick up my vehicle and I notice an additional labor charge I assumed would not be added based off of having to return for damaged they initially did not repair. Because I was paying out of pocket and being reimbursed by the person who damaged my vehicle it didn’t bother me all that much at that time, especially since the technician who was taking care of my vehicle, had left for that day. But since reviewing the bill with said individual, it struck as a surprise that I paid upwards of $1100 in labor alone, with a total of around $2300 in “repairs”. Ultimately extremely unsatisfied by the lack of effort to communicate and having to come back and forth to the body repair shop multiple times, I work long hours and everyday so it was a challenge trying to make time and transportation around coming back and forth between the weeks of my repairs. If asked to return, I would simply decline, Overall extremely dissatisfied.Services: Painting
