Always issues with Amazon Flex drivers. ALWAYS. They deliver after 5PM which is when our office closes. They then take multiple days to attempt delivery. Had one call, hang up when I answered, then try driving off while I ran in-front to stop them from leaving. Clearly they must show they attempted to call the client but some workers aren’t trying to get ahold of you at all. Also had someone deliver my package outside. Our building is secured so Amazon must drop it off in the office. Instead, the worker dropped it outside the building, not to my unit and had I not checked the status, it would have gotten stolen!

Driver 75-129 made a 20 point turn at a T junction in an apartment complex rather than simply backing up and then making the turn. Retrain your drivers to not make 20 point turns to get turned around.

The driver in the ridge and central area is awful. He refuses to follow directions on the delivery! How hard is it to read! Then they decide to blame UPS!

Showed up for an interview 15 minute early. Wasn’t acknowledged at all. Had to interrupt a training class to ask a trainer what to do. They had me sit in this small closet sized room for an HOUR without giving me any details. While I was waiting they did a fire drill and had me stand outside for 15 minutes with the employees. Then they had some lady come out and tell us the interviewer is not in today and that we had to drive another 15 minutes to a fking HOLIDAY INN just to do our interview. Who does an interview in a hotel?! Probably the most unprofessional experience of my life. If their hiring process is this much of a mess then imagine how bad it is working for them.

I have been a Flex driver for almost two years and all the staff members are amazing, except this long ginger-haired worker who scans peoples IDs. She is unbelievably impatient and ruins the entire experience. This one man’s package wouldn’t scan and all she did was scream “Hurry Up Lane (number)” instead of figuring out what was wrong and help find a solution. She micromanages stuff in an unhelpful way, the smallest details that don’t need to be fixed. I feel awful for the poor man, and all of the staff who have to put up with her daily. Please remember everyone you work with is human, treat them as such. I am using this spam-email with the misspelled ”deserve” so I don’t get targeted by her in the future, as after seeing her behavior for a while, she definitely would.

Once again, items not arriving when they're supposed to because these morons can't read delivery instructions. Third order out of 5 they tried to deliver during non-business hours when my business hours are clearly on my delivery instructions. I've even filed a complaint with corporate and followed up to find out the complaint had been sent to delivery center and had customer service reps calling to get it handled. These idiots just can't figure it out.

Can't seem to be capable of reading delivery instructions. Our instructions clearly state our business hours. We have not had a single delivery on delivery date because they try to deliver during non business hours. Drivers also have a tendency to either drop packages outside or just inside doorway, instead of bringing to the counter as instructions state. Overall total ineptitude. Tried calling, no answer, and full mailbox so can't even talk to anyone. Will be calling Amazon corporate customer service.

Went for an interview but was not given a chance to get hired or a chance to discuss the hourly rate not every body can live off of nineteen dollars an hour I'm being real, shady interviews and can't even get hired directly as an Amazon employee just as a contractor that's a shame this company is trying to save on money while their making so much money already I'm gonna stop using their services.

I am an Amazon Flex driver!! The employees in the hub are helpful when I come pick packages for my routes ESPECIALLY a lady named Joyce!! She is ALWAYS helping people & very cheerful!! She is always staying busy by walking around to see if Flex drivers need assistance. She is a delight to see when I come for my packages!!
