“We watch Chef Tom on Youtube and purchased a Yoder YS 640s pellet smoker and assorted spices online. On our way to a wedding in Wisconsin we decided to stop in the actual store. Barry was very helpful as we were looking at add the rotisserie attachment. He took us outside to look how one of the smokers was set up and we got to say hi to Chef Tom, who had just finished taping a new episode. Lots of products, worth the stop.”
“Igniter went out on my furnace, and a friend referred me here. Cris(?) was super friendly and helpful, and even printed me a diagram with part numbers for future use. Price was more than reasonable and I left with the part I needed. I’ll be using this place again should I need parts.”

Their online catalog was super helpful, and when I called with questions and to place an order, Steve was awesome to work with. He was knowledgeable, helped me find exactly what I needed, and got the parts shipped out quickly. He also took the time to explain the importance of using the correct nozzle size for my machine—which saved me a major headache later on. I just placed my second order today, and once again, the customer service was top-notch. “Kansas Lighting has a great showroom with lots of lights you can see with your own eyes. We were very happy with our LED kitchen lights until 1 quit working quite a while after we bought it. I appreciate the effort they made and that I was able to exchange it for a new replacement light. I highly recommend this business- they do their best to help you out!”
“I went in for the first time to Midwest Sewing & Vacuum Center Thursday January 22, 2025. WOW - from the phone call I made to walking in the door Kim was so sweet. She showed me used sewing machines and new ones and didn't push me towards spending more that I wanted to. I told her what I needed and she let me pick the one I thought would fit my needs without any pressure. Kim got me all fixed up and on my way to continue my re-found interest in sewing after my old machine broke down.

“I liked that the installation was very professional and quick considering what the service man had to work with. We have our plumbing in the basement and he had to carry the equipment down our 'workman's' basement stairs. He was friendly and helpful. We are very happy with the new system for our showers and clean smelling clothes. We especially love the RO water out of the fridge. Thank you!”

They have dream kitchen appliances, same with everything you could want for a beautiful bathroom and then lighting - oh my goodness what an array of wonderful lighting fixtures and options. Ferguson Home (as it is now called on E Douglas) is fantastic as are the staff. I won't go anywhere else ever again for what they carry.”

“CHRISTOPHER at this location it rude & sucks don’t recommend talking to him !! Tim and Eli in receiving are so helpful & nice ….for my flatbeds they have overnight parking on the side on the building follow delivery sign….open around 6:30am & finish receiving around 4-4:30ish . Give Eli a heads up for which he is PM receiver but don’t talk to Christopher he’ll lie about the times to drivers and is rude !”
“They have great customer service and the delivery guys are very respectful. The warranty is great we bought a fridge and the water filter housing started leaking. I let them know about it and we settled on another fridge and they had it delivered and set up in no time at all great place to do business.”
“Today I went in to buy my first drill. When I got home I thought my drill was broken, I called and spoke to Corrin, she was so nice and helpful, but I still couldn't figure it out. She told me to come back and someone could show me how to work it. At the store, Christian showed me how to work it. I felt stilly because I couldn't figure it out but both of them were so kind and non judgemental. I very much appreciate that.”

Fendly pepole great stuff i give this places 5 star I have my TV delivered yesterday the people at this Aaron's is really professional they know how to deal with their customers that there Specialties is rated at a five star that performance is a five star it's a good location friendly people know how to deal with families that are in situations better than I can say for Rent-A-Center on the west side that the one on Pawnee and Broadway they don't know how to deal with people they're very cocky their attitude is unbearable Aaron's is my deal of choice if you're looking for friendly faces good outstanding merchandise Aaron's is the place to go everything was new they delivered it in a fastening manner very professional I plan on getting a lot more things from this location just based on the attitude and the honesty and that's. somebody I look for somebody that I could put trust in and that they're worthy they haven't lied to me yet so I'm just saying for whoever's out there that is afraid to rent don't be afraid of this store this location this location will try to go out of their way for you any which way they can the only thing is my son warnt s. Ps 5 did not know he cloud do a package deal so i am asking if the owner of arons see this can you give him a mouth free on the ps5”
“Friendly staff and great customer service. Had an exchange issue that they handled seamlessly. They seem to bend over backwards to make sure that you're happy, and that's hard to find these days! Way to go! It's like that whenever I walk in. When I needed to find something that didn't show up on the locator function of the app, they took the time to help me find it. Should be a sixth star available for these guys.”
“When we fid get a person to help he fid a good job. They didn't have some things in stock but told me how to order to either ship to store or to me. Would have been nice if I could have ordered at the store vs going into the website myself. I don't think they carry low margin items in the store. Can't thank my sales person enough. “Our salesperson, Lisa, was very patient and helpful. We were having trouble deciding on a rug to match the couch we picked out. She went over to the display couch and grabbed one of the throw pillows and held it against each rug to help us! We greatly appreciated her help!”
