ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I HAD BEEN IN A CAR ACCIDENT AND WAS IN THE HOSPITAL WAS CRITICAL CONDITION WHEN I WAS TAKEN BY AMBULANCE AND DID NOT CONTACT THIS COMPANY NOR DID MY MOM WHO WAS DRIVING BEHIND ME IN HER OWN VEHICLE AT THE TIME OF THE ACCIDENT AND THEY TOLD HER THAT THEY COULD TOW MY VEHICLE TO MY HOUSE BUT IT WOULD COST OVER $300 UPFRONT WE OBVIOUSLY DID NOT HAVE THE $300 SO THEY TOOK THE CAR TO THEIR FACILITY AND TWO DAYS AFTER I GOT OUT OF THE HOSPITAL I WENT TO GO GET MY BELONGINGS FROM THE VEHICLE AND I WAS INFORMED THAT I COULD NOT GET ANYTHING OUT OF MY CAR AT ALL BECAUSE IT HAS BEEN OVER 48 HOURS UNLESS I WANTED TO PAY OVER $1,000 FOR MY VEHICLE SO NOT ONLY DID I LOSE MY ONLY MEANS OF TRANSPORTATION, HAVE TO SPEND TIME IN THE HOSPITAL, END UP WITH A FRACTURED ANKLE BROKEN THUMB AND SPRAINED WRIST BUT I ALSO LOST ALL OF MY BELONGINGS AND THINGS THAT WERE SO IMPORTANT TO ME. THIS PLACE HAS TAKEN SO MUCH MORE THAN JUST MY CAR FROM ME THEY MAKE ME SICK AND THE WAY THEY TREATED ME MAKES ME QUESTION HUMANITY. DON'T EVER GET THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE WHAT YOU HAVE LEFT IN LIFE

I had problems with my car and used my road side assistance. I was originally quoted a wait time of 1 1/2 hours for the tow to arrive. I received a call within 15 min for a 5-10 min arrival. The gentleman was very prompt and friendly. He communicated with me how far away he was and completed the tow even quick then the quoted wait time! Wonderful service, affordable and friendly. had a truck towed by this company and they lost my keys. i told them i only buy factory parts for my vehicles and they refused to replace my keys with what i had. they would only replace it with a lock smiths aftermarket key. i would highly recommend using a different tow company.Service: Car towing
