I love this store. I try not to go to often because I could blow my budgetI have to make a list stick to it or order what I'm looking for and pick it up in store.They have wonderful displays and items affordable products. Products for every style. Always clean organized and neat. Easy to find what your looking for. Staff is always helpful.

Normally I like the At Home store. Today I used the curbside pick up option because I had my infant daughter in the car with me napping. The check in is easy enough, just tell them your car info and where you’re parked, then submit and it says someone will be right out. I parked directly in front of the store. After about 10 minutes I called the store and when it gave me the option to speak with someone I got nothing. So I hung up and refreshed the check in page and did it again. Waited another 10 minutes and tried calling again. No answer again, didn’t even ring, just silence when pressing the option to speak to someone. I called about 5 times and nothing. Finally after 30 minutes of waiting I started to get out of my vehicle to go find someone inside. When I did someone called me back and said they were with a customer. When I said I’ve been waiting for curbside they asked for my info like they had no clue someone was waiting. FINALLY someone brought my order out to me. They were polite and courteous but my patience had been worn thin by then. They clearly need a better system, maybe some dedicated stalls and phone line for pickups. I will NOT be using curbside or recommending anyone to do so. It’s faster to just go in, unfortunately.

Love this store! Beautiful stuff for your home at a reasonable price. Clearance price is not all that great. They are extremely short-staffed so if you need help, good luck! They close at 9 pm which is great if you work a later shift. DO NOT buy candy there as it is 4 times more than a grocery store. They have color schemes for just about everyone. Overall, this is a hood store to shop at!

This store is good for all of the things it’s good for, i.e. the kind of merchandise they sell and at this particular price point. I had a poor experience today and decided to share. FYI if you ever forget your coupon, it is not in your perks account or on the app. You cannot take your receipt in even if it’s only an hour later, and get credited back. You have to take every single item in and do a full return and then re-purchase everything. In my case I had purchased six lamps plus shades plus some other items and it was a lot to bring back. Ultimately the worst part and the reason for my review, is the girl at the counter was very clearly irritated by my return (which was going to net me back over $100 so very worth my trip back). She was very curt, ripped opened the bags, so wasting them instead of reusing them, yanked my lamps out of the box and ripped the paper off, yanked on my lampshades nearly putting a dent in the top one, and probably would have had I not ask her to be careful so as not to dent them. In summary, the store is what it is and the employees are who they are. I would recommend the employees be told to continue to give excellent and polite customer service, even if you don’t like having to redo a transaction for a customer. I would also recommend to corporate that a receipt is enough to reimburse someone the difference for a coupon they did not have with them, or update the app and perks account to include the coupons.

The inventory in this store is AMAZING. Endless styles and choices for just about everything. I always know that whatever I need, I can find here. I don't even bother with other stores anymore really.

First time and last time. We walked in and were immediately told that the store would be closing in 30 minutes and then were told by six different employees every five minutes that the store was going to be closing until we checked out and as soon as we walked out the first set of doors the lights were immediately shut off on us.

This place is like Target. You spend hours and just want to grab anything and everything. Best home goods store by far! Hopefully we’ll see another location built on the NW side of Wichita.
