It was 5 minutes until 8pm on 1-11-2024 and all I stopped in for was a quick question with a possible new account for Fiber. However the gentleman closing started waving me off and saying no and laughing. Very unprofessional, don’t recommend this store to anyone. They will lock the doors 5 minutes before closing just to lose a sale.

My experience here was just god-awful! The associate Jesse was lazy and had no interest in helping us and just flat out lied about what he couldn't do for what I needed. I came in to do an insurance claim for my phone and was told they don't do that in the store. He went even further, saying that out of his five years working there, he's never done that before. Terrible customer service, and I'll never go back to this location.

As a client for many years of this location I was severely disappointed with prior management. My recent experience was overwhelmingly positive and you could really see a change in store. The current manager Jesse absolutely deserves the promotion I was told he had just received. I hope all stores get the quality of customer care he is giving out. I was able to get what I was looking for and even save a bit of money! The best part was the ease of all of this and didn’t require an entire day worth of work just to get this done as prior experiences it took way too long to even get help paying a bill. I will definitely be coming back when in the market for upgrades.

I went into today with my husband to get my phone switched over to his account and potentially a new phone. Jesse the new manager was exceptional! Service was met with ease, timely, and care for the customer! I felt like we were treated like people versus just trying to sell us products. As a one T-Mobile user I am happy this is my first experience with AT&T. Definitely recommend.

I wish I could give zero stars for the terrible experience we’ve had with this store! I have tried multiple times to contact them but they keep hanging up on me or sending my call to customer service (who can’t even help me because my account was originally FirstNet) when I ask to speak to a supervisor/manager how unprofessional is that yet they say the calls are “recorded for quality purposes”. Larenz Dodson is the salesperson at this store who completely messed up my account by transferring billing responsibility to someone else on my account who came in to this store wanting to split from the account and get his own individual account. I don’t know how that got lost in translation and I don’t know how you transfer an entire account to another person without the account holder present and without their permission, that is obviously illegal because you just gave out all my personal information (ssn, address etc) I went to another AT&T store only to find out my name is no longer on the account and I can’t even recover the account without the new account holder present and to make it worse I am in North Carolina! Then the store can not even give me the time of day on the phone! So yes I will be perusing legal action against this store for fraudulently giving out my personal information! I have tried to contact them to fix this issue but they act like they don’t want to be bothered!
