If I could give negative stars I would!Absolutely the worst AT&T store I've ever been in. Will not ever revisit nor recommend to anyone else.First I was told $700 for my trade in at another location. Then Icome to this location and was told $500 for my trade in to find out later when looking online I was only given $350. The employee never verbally told me I was getting less than $500.Also, I was told I have no choice but to accept insurance on the new phone which I did not want. When I went to look online I was being charged for 3 different things I didn't sign up for, and verbally expressed I didn't want anything but the phone and those added up to an extra $50 a month I never wanted.The employee was very unprofessional and had a frightening lack of hygiene.

I initially called support to upgrade my phone to pre-order the new S24 and had to put the order on hold, because they almost set me up with the wrong color and was told to call back or visit a local retail store the next business day to correct the issue, because their system wouldn't allow them for 24 hrs. I went to this store the next (01/19/2024 and the only employee working and clearly annoyed, ready to get off (Store closed in 2.5 hrs). This employee has some type of reading comprehension issue. I asked if my old phone qualifies for the $1000 trade in rebate. He says yes, but it gets applied to the bill over 36 months, and then proceeds (in a very patronizing way) to say that att does not pay $1000 towards the new phone, because it is paid over 36 months and that I'm still responsible paying for the phone. Then says he cannot help me because my order is in a "parked" status and ONLY the person I talked to in support was able to take it off. I asked could a manager or someone higher in position take that status off, and without calling or doing any type of research, replies "I don't know". I promptly left and called Verizon and 45 mins later became a new customer with my new pre ordered phone. And it all happened with no attitude, rudeness and most importantly they understand what they read.

Very bad service, every location tells you they can’t help call customer service, even if they made the issue in the first place!

Went in to get the pink iphone15plus today & Stacy was great help with the whole process! From getting it from Topeka for me, to helping me thru every step of the way! As well as the other employee that was there helping with great customer service. It was a super easy, fast process!

I’ve had a really good experience each time I’ve gone into this location, I had trouble with my new phone and Jacob helped me get it all sorted. He was extremely helpful and kind, I would consider him A top tier employee. I definitely recommend this location for anyone’s AT&T needs. Thanks to the helpfulness of Jacob I will only be using this location from now on. Thank you.

A great place to shop employees very helpful went over and above to keep me satisfied with my purchase of new plan and new phone I don't think you can find any place betterthey work really hard Make sure that you get what you need not just what you want

448 S. Rock Road: these people are dumber then a box of rocks. The worse lies I have ever had a saleman say to me. The money that cost me for service I could never get. Told I could keep my numbers and fatew of weeks of trying I just got stuck with a number. Charged me for lines I couldn't use and would not refund any money back to the account. Changing over to AT&T has been the worse experience ever with a cell phone provider! They like to take advantage of there customers!

I went there with some questions about my plan and a young man named peyton I believed helped me and answered every question I had with such ease and so much information. He is definitely a very knowledgeable young man and If I could I would rate this store and his customer service 10 stars. I look forward to continue doing my business with at&t.

I have Internet through at&t so I when I decided to switch my phone carrier I went to the store for help. Cody was able to help me get set up, helped me keep my current phone number, and even was able to waive a SIM card fee for me, all while being super friendly. Overall an amazing customer service experience!
