Dakota was great. He solved all our issues and did so in a short time. He works the store at 29th and Rock Road Wichita KS. I didn't get service with 611 ATT over the phone or at another ATT store in Derby Kansas. Go see Dakota, he likes his job and people.

I had a very disappointing experience at this AT&T store, specifically with an employee named Dakota. His answers was unprofessional and dismissive throughout the interaction. I went in with a clear issue that needed resolution, but instead of offering helpful solutions, Dakota seemed uninterested and rushed, giving me vague responses and making me feel like my concerns were unimportant.
Customer service is supposed to prioritize the customer, but I felt the opposite here. Dakota’s lack of effort and poor communication left a terrible impression and made the entire process far more frustrating than it needed to be.

Been calling about a phone for four days and they advised me that they had it. Called multiple times during the day I went to get it and they advised that they had it on hold for me. Then when I go to the store and get it and they sold it.

Good customer service from representative working. However, the solution to the issue was not a fix. I still had to call tech support and spent another 1 hour on the phone after being in the store and told it was fixed.

The employee gave us completely incorrect information and acted like he knew everything so confidently. He was rude, accused my mother of fraud because her husband had died. Suggested that all our service would be disconnected and take 30-60 days to recover. But then we called customer service, went to another store and had the entire issue resolved the same day.
In the meantime he told us that the only way forward was with a new line of service and phone when it turns out none of that was true.
As a well known software engineer with advanced degrees from Baylor, he condescended to us like we were somehow dumb.
As a level 7 google guide in the area I will be reviewing this location poorly

Internet has been out for 3 days. I can’t get ahold of and representatives, or get anybody to actually speak to me over the phone. Their “virtual assistant” is the only one that was able to get me an apt for a technician, and that’s a week out. Absolutely unacceptable. I work from home. How am I supposed to pay my AT&T bill for internet, if I DONT HAVE INTERNET TO WORK. Terrible service and will be changing providers if this isn’t set right immediately. Unbelievable.

We got new phones! The gentleman were fantastic
You know how in the past you have to spend forever to get everything changed over. And you lose your pictures, or they stay on the old phone? Well, this transfer was so easy! I'm technically challenged. They didn't have the phone I needed, so the gentleman ordered it to be sent to the house. My husband got a different model, so he went a head snd got his. Within less than an hour, he had his new phone with all the setting and picture exactly like his old phone. He was thrilled that he didn't have to reprogram and fiddle with it.
Ok, when my phone came in, I took both in. At first, the gentleman was brisk with me, but he asked my email password. Oops, I'm not sure, but I think it's this . I wrote it on a sticky note. Next, he told me it would be 2 and a half hours to transfer all my pictures. I have a lot of them of my granddaughters. He told me to leave them and come back. I was a little worried. But I didn't want to sit in the store for that long. We'll I came back and it was all set and he'd even set the email up. He had to change it but set it up with the password I gave him
No stress, no struggle.

I arrived at the store shortly before closing time, but at no time was our experience rushed. Our service was timely and professional, as well as very helpful.

I was in this At&t Store on 04/08/24. To pay my phone bill. I would especially like to thank Store Associate Eric for helping me to get additional discounts to my service plan and for being a great Customer Service Representative. I really appreciate the excellent service I was provided.

I enjoyed my experience with Nathan both times i have been there he has taken such patience and great care of my needs.
have been to several stores in town and no matter what Nathan has been the best customer service agent i have had to pleasure of dealing with. thank Nathan for all your help and patience. Noemi dale

Walked in to upgrade my phone. I asked the AT&T Employee and he pulled up my account and said I wasn't eligible. I told him that I am and, very rudely said, No you are not. I pulled up MyAT&T App and showed him and he said the app is wrong. I told him he was being rude and he replied that there was nothing he could do to help. I went to the store on South Ridge Road in Wichita and I upgraded my phone. No problems. Both the AT&T stores on Rock Road definitely need to learn Customer Service and etiquette. I called both stores before I drove there to make sure they had the phone I wanted in stock. They both said yes. The store on North Rock did have it but wasn't willing to do my upgrade for whatever reason. The store on South Rock Road said they didn't have it in stock and didn't talk to me on the phone. I pulled up my recent calls and showed him. He said yeah thats our phone number. I even knew his name. Disrespectful.
