Walked in to upgrade my phone. I asked the AT&T Employee and he pulled up my account and said I wasn't eligible. I told him that I am and, very rudely said, No you are not. I pulled up MyAT&T App and showed him and he said the app is wrong. I told him he was being rude and he replied that there was nothing he could do to help. I went to the store on South Ridge Road in Wichita and I upgraded my phone. No problems. Both the AT&T stores on Rock Road definitely need to learn Customer Service and etiquette. I called both stores before I drove there to make sure they had the phone I wanted in stock. They both said yes. The store on North Rock did have it but wasn't willing to do my upgrade for whatever reason. The store on South Rock Road said they didn't have it in stock and didn't talk to me on the phone. I pulled up my recent calls and showed him. He said yeah thats our phone number. I even knew his name. Disrespectful.

The store rep was on it! He greeted us as soon as we walked in and we were in and out in about 30 minutes or less. It was awesome! I was worried it was going to be a hassle but it was hassle free. Very nice gentleman and very knowledgeable.

Other then one rude employee I have encountered so far this is the best AT&T i have ever experienced. I have lived in quite a few states. I'm thankful that these guys are in town at this location because they treat you like a human being. Unlike the one by Walmart off of Kellogg and Greenwich where they are literally sitting around doing absolutely nothing but playing on their electronics no one else in the store but they still don't have time for paying customer when they walk in. So they end up treating you like trash and chasing you out! My husband and I came there after leaving this rock location because of inventory issues and those jerks had us running away from the store after they lied and were super super super rude! Thank God for decent people like these here at Rock and K96! Keep up the great customer service and work guys! Juan the manager as well as Nathan the salesman are great! Nathan is so incredibly informative and goes the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied! Very reputable people save one! Thanks for reading! Hope this helps!

Jared took care of a very complicated situation for me today at the North Rock Road store here in Wichita. He did research online, consulted with his manager, and even called my pre-existing service to make sure no stone was left unturned. And, he did it all very professionally and patiently. At the end, I left with far more services and discounts than I even dreamed possible.In short, he deserves accomodations, if not a raise! He is a great asset to AT&T, and is an example of why I have stayed with AT&T for seven years!

I want to let you guys know that when I think of Great Customer Service, I think of Nathan! I came in Sunday, to upgrade my phone, he was so kind, and ready to help! He made it easy, he took his time, and my experience was wonderful! I came back the next day to get my Mom a phone, and my husband a phone as well! I have been a customer with you since 1993, so I have seen it all, and when it comes to Customer Service you need to have Nathan training new employees on how it's done, and give him a raise as well! Very low key sales tactics, polite and knowledgable. Ive been to other att stores in wichita area that had very pushy sales tactics, straight up lieing about plan discounts, and not very knowledgable about the products or plans and reffered to "look it up" online for details. This group is very respectful and walked me through all the options quickly and efficiently. Was in and out in ten minutes with the best deal possible on the right phone and plan for me. Deffinetly worth the travel. Hopefully they continue their trend with future hires and training before setting em loose in the public?.

Switched our wireless plan from Verizon. Chez was our rep. She was very easy to work with, guiding us through the switch, and helped us with our first bill. Highly recommend asking for her when you do business with this location.
