Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Very demeaning. Been with AT&T for 14 years and have NEVER been treated the way I was. Do not let a rep by the name of Alfredo help you. He does not listen to the actual problem in the first place, and his responses have nothing to do with the problem. He judges and goes from there.If you want a fair AT&T store in Wichita, go to the one at 96 and Greenwhich and ask for Shaylee. She will get you right, let you know details correctly. She will be honest about amounts and help you find the problem.If you come here, good luck ?

Best customer service experience I ever had! Took less than 20 min to activate a phone I bought from elsewhere and answered all my questions about plans and services!! Coral the salesperson was very capable and helpful. Recommended to anyone fed up with family mobile or any other service provider that just does not care about your business! Thankyou!

I keep forgetting never to go into this store again. Waste of my time every time! Always so incredibly rude and uppity! Yikes stay far away from here! Go to another AT&T where they treat you right like the one on Rock and K96. They keep me happy.

Not good. I admit I have been frustrated with getting my watch to pair with my new phone. After a couple of weeks trying I went to the east Kellogg’s store. The gal “helping “ me seemed very impatient. She asked if I had separate service for my watch. I said I have no idea but the watch worked fine with my old phone. She said she has to ask me these questions to help me. I said my wife’s new phone paired just fine with her existing watch. She again asked me if I was paying for additional service for the watch.I told her I can’t answer the question and to be patient with me, I’m not good with technology. She said she didn’t like the way I was talking to her. I looked around to ask others in the store if I was being disrespectful. I turned back to her in disbelief before getting a response and said I’m out of here and what is her name. She then asked me mine. I told her.I’ve been with AT&T since they were Singular and have never dealt with anyone Who I would call to complain about. Until now.My new phone is still not paired to my watchMy name is Kenneth Rodgers. I did not deserve the treatment received!

My Husband and I were in on Sunday August 20th to get help with his new I-phone 13. His current phone was a much older one and we had not been able to get the transfer to complete. Jo-Lin was so helpful to us and very patient. We just want the management to know that she gave us great customer service and we have always had great service at this location and will be back for all of our AT&T needs.

Let me start off with me saying I’ve been a loyal customer of AT&T since 2016. However since 2018 an individual has been using my social security number for their account that AT&T originally messed up by using my social security when creating this individuals account. Even though I can prove that it’s my social security number and not that individual’s the company claims that there is nothing they can do about it since the individual is the primary for that account. The individual has been refusing to corporate and will not return the company’s calls or mine to resolve this issue. This is very disappointing and I will unfortunately have to take legal action against AT&T and this individual. This is IDENTITY THEFT and AT&T claims their hands are tied and are unwilling to do anything about it.

I can't thank store manager Velbert Whitfield enough for spending 7 hours working with me over the course of 2 days cleaning up the mess that was made by the call center trying to port over 4 lines from Puretalk to ATT. His patience and persistence left me with a much better impression of ATT. He deserves a bonus! I will always make changes in store rather than over the phone in the future! Thanks V for your amazing customer service!

I went in with a phone issue with my disabled sister. Darren the store employee made the experience amazing! He set her up with a new phone, screen protector, and head phones. He was patient and very kind. He joked around with us and made the overall ordeal pleasant. Matter of fact - this was the best experience I have EVER had at an AT &T or with customer service! Kudos to him!

Went in to upgrade, assisted by Eric and V and they both were amazing help! We have a very energized 2 year old who was starting to get antsy and Eric and V did what they could to make us all comfortable the whole time we were there. V even entertained her while we bought new Apple Watches!
