I got more help from the tech who came to set up what I thought was TV service & found out I had internet equip instead went to your store & the young guy I talked with did not help me by informing me what equipment I had. Had no PR , needs some education in how to talk to customers

I went in to the 2413 N Greenwich Store today in Wichita KS ----I was greeted and helped by DAKAI Townes---he was REALLY kind, helpful and professional. I was dreading going in but he had the answers I needed and took the time to help me and treated me so well---did not rush and offered many times to help with any additional needs. A real TREAT --thank you DAKAI!!! :)))

Went into upgrade my son‘s phone. The salesman, Antoine, told me that we qualify for a Buy one get one on Apple Watches. I had him run the numbers to tell me what my cost would be monthly. He added a discount for For my husband’s company, he told me the company discount decreased each line by $10 and took the Apple Watch down to $7 a month service Bringing my total monthly bill to $388. I confirmed this multiple times. He told me they would waive the three $35 activation fees, but I would have to call AT&T and I should see two bill cycles. three weeks later I go into the store, I confirm with Keisha that what Antoine told me was correct that my monthly bill would be $388 after the discount. I call AT&T, get the three $35 activation fees waived first billing cycle, second Billing cycle my bill is still higher than promised by both Antione and Keisha Townes. AT&T customer service has assured me the only thing that would take my bill down to $388 a month is if I was eligible for a 25% discount which only first responders, Teachers, and veterans qualify for. The sales people lied to me to make the sale. I do not recommend this store due to the fact that Antoine lied to make the sale.

The AT&T store on Greenwich rd in Wichita ks was a huge help today. Keesha and Amber were very knowledgeable and super helpful helping me with my acct. They did a great job figuring out my issues and gave me superior advice! If you have service with AT&T then this store is your one stop shop! It is the only location I will be using from here on out . Way to go team! Thank you again! Five stars! ?

The two reps that helped me were awesome. They had some technical difficulties but it was no fault on them. I would recommend visiting this Att store and avoiding the one on maize on the west side.

Excellent experience in this store! I came in to do the trade in and they were very nice when they took my phone to ship back. My son was with me and they were so nice that he's asked to go back again soon. If I need anything more I will return to this store for their assistance!

Kiya was Amazing she spent 2 hours helping me with an insurance claim. Over an hour of that was spent on her personal cell phone because I had cracked the screen on my phone! She went above and beyond to help me. Never once did she back down from the company giving her push back while remaining very personal. Thank you to her and her co worker Shaylee. They were true life savers that day!
