Unfortunately the truck i bought had a new battery installed in November but the batteey was bad (an auto zone battery) but since I didn't buy it they couldn't warranty it so a 4 month old battery was bad and could not be saved and to replace it they wanted over $200

I don’t know what to say about auto zone other than when you buy anything from them and when you return it at least there’s not a hassle because they know there products are very cheap and non compatible with most modern cars

Needed a filter for the mower. Didn't have it. Found it at Atwoods. I shouldn't have given so few stars. I am quite happy with Autozone. They usually have what I need.

The young lady behind the counter, Alexis, was very helpful. My check engine light came on heading to work and she ran scanner and then gave me the report and visited about it the results. Thanks for the great help

Our alternator went out a week ago, Thursday, December 14, 2023, while my boyfriend was there to check the battery, starter, and alternator. They were really helpful and kind enough to offer what help they could. The manager that night not only stayed after hours to make sure we got the tools returned, but also to make sure of our safety until we had help arrive to tow our car to a friend's house because of the time of night it was and the area. Sorry this review took a week, but we are very satisfied with this store location. It was truly a blessing that the alternator went out while at a parts store and we are thankful that it was this one that night! Thank you for your help and concern that night! We drive a 2007 Ford Taurus.
