Woman wearing a head scarf helped me...didn't know where the has cans were. AutoZone used to let you borrow a gas can of you ran out of gas.. I was literally across the street at the Phillips 66. And those idiots didn't have a gas can either. Had to buy one at AutoZone for $20 that didn't work because of all the safety mess that they put on things now. So then I had a $20 gas can never use again. Not happy with AutoZone or Phillips 66. No such thing as customer service anymore.

All 3 items that I went to purchase. Said they were available for pick up for today. But the gentleman told me Mr. Matthew, there that they didn't have any of the 3 items that I wanna end and I had to buy the one that cost more even though I said online that it was available for pick up today every single item, 1 item I understand but every single 1 there's something. Funny about that.

Great customer service at rock rd auto zone. Always greet and welcoming. Young lady Nayzerta and Tony go above and beyond to ensure we recieve the right parts. This is a reflection of a good manager. I say this because a great team is a reflection of great management.

I’ll be honest with you the manager Tony went above and beyond and probably spent 20 minutes with me looking up a valve for my car. No other store has done that nobody’s putting that much time or effort and the kindness was there. The understanding was there I was greatly appreciative over the situation and I couldn’t have asked her better.
Not only that he was running three cash registers and taking care of anybody and everybody that came in without a single complaint. What more could you ask for?

We went in to get a list of parts and even return parts that another Auto Zone had given us that turned out to be the wrong parts… short rant aside as soon as we stepped into this Auto Zone location Matt P. Was there helping us. He got us all the parts we needed! We were so happy we didn’t need to make another stop anywhere else! He was so helpful and even explained things to us when we explained our situation! He was above approach and very easy to talk to! Use this Auto Zone!!!

Jamie was very helpful and fun. I went in not sure which wiper blades I needed for my Toyota Corolla and she helped me find the right ones for a price that didn't break the bank. After purchasing she helped me take off the old ones and install the new ones. Would absolutely shop there again ☺️☺️

The staff at AutoZone helped me purchase a transmission dipstick and evacuation pump I needed in an emergency. I’m from out of state overfilled the transmission fluid after fixing a leak. I thought I would have to drop the transmission pan in a parking lot, but the evac pump did the trick. That really saved the day when I had a car full of kids stranded out of State. Thanks!!!!

The parts manager acted like he was annoyed I didn't have a part number to help with the fuel filter I had in my hand.
What's funny is Orielly sent me to them because they didn't have it and they looked online to find me one.
I ended up walking out without a filter because as I said, he acted annoyed to even help.
I'll st8ck with O'rielly's and wait on them to get the parts in from now on
