It was one of the best services I've ever had. It's very strange to read some reviews of something wrong for the clients.I was greeted in the first minute by very nice teller in the lobby, explained about everything I need to do, no any rush, the time which I was waiting it was good for me.The manager devoted considerable time for me helping to choose the better options and answering for all my many questions. I am absolutely satisfied with the service, even much more I could expected.Thank you for your attention, understanding and customer focus! Especially to Jacob Palmer and Chau Tran!

I tried to call the bank, it gives me the message that they're busy and my only option is to schedule an appointment. I don't want to schedule an appointment, I just need to ask the manager if they can provide the police with any footage of the hit and run that happened last weekend, since they drove through their parking lot to get away. I don't think the police will do much since I wasn't hurt and the damage to my car was minimal, but I don't want them off the hook either. In my opinion, if my bank didn't give me an option to talk to a person, I wouldn't bank there.

I had an appointment scheduled and I arrived and all the doors were locked. I tried calling and all the phone lines were busy so the call ended. Honestly worst banking experience I’ve had. I guess business hours are irrelevant and so are appointment times. Cool.

I understand everything is not functioning properly due to covid, but why shut down the drive thru? Seems like that would be a safer way to bank. Also, who are these people in suits with tablets that can't actually do any transactions? Why don't they belly up to a teller station and get this line moving?

Why anyone wants to do business with Bank of America is beyond me. I've never been treated more like the enemy than when I walk through their doors.The simple fact that when I deposit a check written from another BoA account, I shouldn't have to wait for it to clear, IT'S COMING FROM THE SAME DAMN BANK!I only bank here because my employer banks here and I have begged and pleaded to change banks, yet to no avail. I despise big company banks as they are lacking in many areas.

Lady who set up my Account was AMAZING with my kids as well as with her professionalism.Then i went to deposit a 5,000 check and thank god i was paying attention because they tried to only deposit it as 500. BIG difference! They then got an attitude with me for wanting it corrected and a corrected receipt sent out. Then they helped 5 people before finishing my transaction that they messed uo to begin with. Bizarre how people act.
