Today I stopped by back of america and I meat Josh he is really helpful smart friendly employee and he was able to correct all my issues and he told me about alot of benefits to my card that I didn't know about he made me like bank of america even more Thank you Josh for your service and I recommend if any one has questions or concerns ask my Josh he is very wonderful.

I seldom need to speak with a human, but since I now do I’ve noticed the poor hours that they still have (after the Covid crisis). It was ridiculous when they got rid of the drive through for banking. You can only drive through to use the ATM now (when it’s working). Lobby hours are M-F 10 until 4 (you know, working people’s hours). Bank of America has let most of its employees go, which I’m sure has saved them a lot of money. I thought it was only when Covid was a big problem, but I’m sure they decided the money thing was huge. They have not rehired anyone. I will be taking most of my money from this bank and going elsewhere with it. Customers mean nothing to this place.

If I could leave negative stars I would. The fact your locations in Wichita don't even open before 10 and are now completely closed on Saturday is RIDICULOUS!!! Less customer service hours along with poor customer service, this bank is trash!!! Moving my accounts to Meritrust Credit Union where they value their customers!

A checking account was fraudulently opened in my name and they refuse to close the account unless I provide them with my Social Security card, my Social Security statement and lots more personal information. Why would I do that when they have already shown their security is woefully inadequate? I provided with my Real ID Driver's License so they have proof I am who I say I am. I have reported them to the FDIC and the Office of the Comptroller. It's no wonder they have a 1.06 rating with the BBB. Run far away from this bank. There are plenty of other banks who are respected and responsible.

Terrible customer service. Was in an urgent need to add my wife's name to our bank account and we got in before they closed but we were asked to come back another day. Pretty sure my money is going somewhere else in the near future.

It is unfortunate that BOA has very few banking centers with a lobby open on the West side. Trying to get to the bank between 9-4 (Mon-Fri) is tough for working adults. With COVID numbers decreasing, I don't understand why the lobby hours can not be expanded, at least another location open on Saturday. I tried to setup a student checking and getting appointments after school was difficult. It seemed some of the online appointments are a week out. I tried calling two of the BOA locations' local numbers and nobody picked up the phone after several tries.

Terrible service. Untrained staff. Totally ridiculous. DO NOT BANK WITH BANK OF AMERICA unless you enjoy poor service, non-responsive and untrained staff and a terrible customer experience.

Only thing I dislike is no drive thru service...rest is great friendly staff. Takes awhile since they close early at 4 pm.

Going to the bank can be a chore. Not here! I dealt with Torrie. She is very personable and helpful. I was surprised and thankful they have her there. I’ll be back!!!

The only reason I've dealt with this bank is because it's the one closest to me and I thought it would be the most convenient. But boy was I wrong. In the past I've waited in line for way too long with only a couple people ahead of me. Today I tried calling to speak to a live person and I kept ringing for 15 minutes I finally gave up in hung up.

This is supposedly why I use the largest bank in america, to have easy access, plenty of locations and supposedly a few people that can help. A couple of years ago they closed all of the drive-thru's and now we have Covid and no one can get any kind of service. The Westlink branch is non existent also. We just wanna use the night drop off I mean how hard is that there's never any envelopes which I can prepare for. At this point time I would recommend finding a different bank a credit Union something. I know Covid 19 is taking a toll on banks but people have to do their business. This is simply to the point it is unacceptable anymore all locations no stars. My signature card said I have been with this bank since 1993.
