This bank makes it very difficult to do things online, over the phone and at times in person. If I wanted a bank I had to go into for everything this would be it. But I'm not always able to physically go into the branch.

This bank will randomly hold on you paycheck when you use the "convenient and safe online mobile app". The check has cleared my employers account but is being held for 10 days because well they can. All I get from customer service is a sorry and don't use mobile deposit in the future. Ive used mobile deposit for years with no issues. This is not how a long time customer should be treated. They don't care about you, if you got money to eat, or money to by gas to get to work. I work a full time job but now have overdrafts and extra fees because of the situation this bank has put me in. They're not to be trusted.

The phone service is terrible.It tells you to go online if you push 7 for a clerk they still just hang up on you.
