I've been very frustrated trying to resolve an issue with my debit card through customer service by phone and was finally able to talk to Ines at the local branch to get the issues resolved. I was seriously ready to change banks and she took the time to listen, and answer my questions, as well as to find a resolution to all issues.

This was disappointing because my longevity with this bank wasn’t a factor in their decision making. I guess being a member for over 25 years doesn’t matter.”

The representative, Adalaida, was so kind and patient with me. A few days later, I received a handwritten card from her letting me know she was thinking of me and that really made my day.
