Best experience I have had to date with a body shop. Caring and courteous. I would recommend Best Body Shop to anyone. Blaize in particular was a superstar. He helped us through the entire process and even after we were complete with their services. Do yourself a favor and give them a try. Guaranteed to be satisfied.

Best customer experience I've received all year! I was greeted right when I walked through the door, I had already gotten an estimate before walking in & they took less time than expected! They even gave me a tour of the shop & I was surprised to see that it is extremely clean & organized for being a body shop. My estimate was also lower than what I anticipated, they definitely over delivered & are a prime example of what quality customer service truly is!

Let me start this review by saying that I have not needed to use a body shop in 20 years. So I was completely clueless and needed guidance. I used Best Body Shop based off the reviews, and I’m glad that I did. From the initial phone call I knew I was in great hands. This body shop is very hands on, detail oriented and very nice to deal with. The communication is top notch, they called me three times a week to give me updates. They kept me more informed than my insurance company. Unfortunately my car was totaled and I was sad about that because I wanted to see the process of my car being fixed and working even more with them. Even after my car was deemed a total loss, they helped in dealing with the insurance company. I look forward to needing their assistance in the future.

Can’t say enough good things about Best Body Shop. From the minute I called them, to the end of my vehicle journey, they were always professional, and so incredibly helpful. Dealing with a wrecked car and insurance companies is never a pleasant experience to begin with, but Cassea, Blaise, Austin and John made it very smooth and a mostly pain-free ordeal. Thanks and keep up the good work!

Painter did an awesome job! Car was returned with misaligned headlight leaving a gap between fender and housing. Needs better QC. Did not meet expectations.

I Recently Bought a 2021 Honda Civic That Had a Couple Paint Chips. Blaize Foltz From Best Body Shop & I Talked About What My Main Concern Was, Which I Told Him the Protection Of The Bare Metal Spots. I Mentioned Thinking About Purchasing a $60 Touch-up Kit But He Suggested Bringing Out Michael a Body Tech & Buffing Down the Spots & Sending Me Home With the Touch-up Paint at No Cost. The Touch-up Turned Out Pretty Decent & In Case it Didn't Blaze Gave Me A Quote On What it Would Cost Me If I Ever Wanted to Completely Remove Those Marks. I Really Appreciate That Gesture Instead Of Just Quoting Me a Dollar Amount Like a Different Shop Did. Thanks Blaze & Michael For Your Outstanding Customer Service & Thoughtfulness To Save Me a Few Bucks.

Came in to have my tailgate painted, everyone was so nice! They showed me around the facility to see who was going to doing the painting, we talked about how it was going to done. Then went to see how much it was going to cost. It was painless and the price was pretty good I thought! Few days later it was finished and couldn't be anymore happier how it turned out! I definitely want to recommend Best Body Shop to anyone and everyone! 5 out of 5 stars from me!!!!

Took my mustang here after hitting an animal and Clay and his team did a great job repairing my car the right way. Helped me a ton in dealing with the insurance company to make sure they were holding up their end of the contract.I have now taken a second car to Best Body Shop and they once again did amazing work. The car looks good as new and was repaired quickly. Their communication was on point the entire time as well.As a huge car person, I am extremely picky about my cars and they are the best in town and the only place I would take one of my cars for repairs.

I had a great experience at the Best Body Shop. The workers are all very nice and friendly. I also got my car handle fixed for a great price compared to what I was gonna have to pay at other shops that I called. When I picked up my car I was very surprised that they had also cleaned my car inside and out. I am very satisfied with the team at the Best Body shop. Thank you Best Body Shop!
