If it's the very last resort I will go to this store they really need to change it to the worst buy because you go in the store they follow you around like you're a criminal talk to you like you're crazy treat you like you ain't got no money to pay for the product at the end of the shopping experience a guy actually says are you sure you can afford this

Very good experience with sales person. Geek squad, not so much... they were completely ignorant on the product I bought and could not answer the question I had, nor did they offer to research and get back to me.

I am sad to say my experience with Best Buy Geek Squad has been very poor.I came to the Geek Squad on 1/26/24 to have my phone screen repaired. The employee David that assisted me was very customer service oriented and told me that after they dissected my phone and there being a possibility of a full phone replacement that they would call and let me know and that it would take UP TO 3-4 days for my new replacement to come in. That evening I was told it was going to need a full replacement and that it would take 3-4 days.My phone broke on 1/15/24 so I've already been without a phone for over a week...Moving forward to Tuesday 1/30/24 (week two with no phone) to see if Best Buy has my new phone. The women that assisted me went to the back for 10+ minutes to only come back and tell me AGAIN why my phone was broken and that they ordered a replacement...which I already was aware of and why I was there in the beginning. The employee informed me that with apple support sending me a new phone it will be another 7-10 days until I hear anything....I am a 26 year old women who live alone with no family, and I work on a military installation and I use my phone daily... for work. I am beyond upset with the LACK of communication within the Geek Squad team and why I was told two different things.I also don't understand why apple will no longer offer loaner phones with a deposit taken, because I would have taken that over going almost a whole month with no form of communication.

As I'm typing this review, I am on hold with with an agent with Best Buy In home repair service. I purchased the Geek Squad Total 24 hour tech support. First of all to schedule an appointment you never talk to anyone, it's all through the chat. My first call, I was on the call for 45 minutes just to be transferred to another chat, this person tried to schedule a remote as opposed to in home repair. I finally got an appointment scheduled, they give you a date, with a 12 hour window 7 am to 7 pm. I was concerned with the time so I go to the store on Rock Road in Wichita, there's a gentleman standing there and asked if he could help me and I told him I wanted to speak to someone(Geek Squad) about the time, he explained that I would be receiving the day before the scheduled date and another time frame, which I did, but the time frame received did not work for me. Again I contacted Geek Squad to reschedule, got the notice for the new 3 to 7 today 12/11. Without notice, my in home service has been rescheduled again for 12/15 7am -7 pm that stupid window again!!! I am a contractor, when I can't work, I don't get paid. This has become exhausting and very frustrating. I wasn't aware that the in home service has been out sourced to somewhere, probably India or some far off land! It sure if the yearly fee for this tech support is worth it!

Today at bestbuy I wanted to buy this scooter. My friend and I waited 50 minutes for this item to get pulled from the warehouse. Once I got home I had my kids assemble the scooter and when I got outside I noticed that it was not the one that was on display. The one they gave me was the Ninebot Max and not the MaxG2 as was displayed. After driving back to Wichita from North Newton I had to wait in a long line to handle the return and they told me there was nothing they could do to make this right. I basically spent 2+ hours of my day on buying a item that the store messed up the display for and have nothing to show for it. Double check everything you consider buying here as I feel scammed and the staff basically told me to pound sand.

I guess it really is hard to get good help nowadays. It's also amazing to me that after a fourteen minute phone call - and three transfers to various departments, I could not find anyone to help me with a type A to B USB cable....at an ELECTRONCS store! Also, the four people I talked with obviously spoke English as a second language. I gave the experience one star because I couldn't give it a zero.

Amere Was wonderful. He has helped me numerous times and I always come back when I think he's going to be here. I have always gone to the one on maize. Yes I do but I don't anymore and I'll. I drive 30 miles when I have to come in here. Just so he can wait on me. I appreciate him so much.

Went in looking for a PC. There was one that was on saleI liked. We asked if we could put this PC on hold with the sale price included. We were told no about the price. But we were told that for $50, we could get the sale price on any items for a year if we came back to purchase something pass the sale date. We opted to not go with their $50 deal. We came back two days later and they changed the sale date on the PC and it had the same sale price. We had to go with our gutt feeling and still got the computer.

I place an in store pickup order. They were super fast with the pick up. It took me less than 10 minutes to pick up my order. They have greeters to point you to the proper direction.

Went in for a USB stick and a SD card. SD card, easy peesy. The USB stick, not so much. Wandered around for like 10 minutes. One person asked if I needed help. To be fair, didn't know I'd need help at that time. Otherwise, clean looking and the cashier was nice.

Would give 2-3 stars but their ratings are inflated and 4.3 stars is too high. Can’t ever get them on the phone as their calls go straight to India. If you have a question pertaining to the physical store, expect to have to drive there and have the question answered by that means
