“I called, spoke to Cam and explained that my front wheel was locked on my Aventon E bike Level 2 Commuter . Cam explained how to troubleshoot over the phone, and it worked ?! He could had easily said to bring the bike in to look at, and charge me, but he didn't, and I am very thankful. I will be using this shop for future bike repairs ?! This kind of customer service is rare these days.”

Even caught it on sale because it was the 2025 model. So I didn't care about that. But it saved on me a lot of money, and I got the color I wanted.
