Every other time I’ve been here they have been fantastic, but this time was absolutely not. The lady who did my nails was rushing the entire time and burned my skin with the drill. She then asked what shape I preferred and proceeded to file my nail so short and hard that it messed up the whole shape. After she only applied one coat of polish so I had to ask for another since it was still see-through, she then didn’t clean up any of the extra paint on my skin around the nails.

I’ve been here twice now and I’ve had 3 different techs and I love them all. I’ve never had someone be so precise and take their time getting the filing just perfect. It’s such a relaxing environment, lovely techs, and great work. I’m a loyal customer now even though I have to drive across town for them!
