I'm so glad to hear that Boost Mobile got new management. I went in there recently asking about the iPhone 16 and they actually had them in store and accessories for the phone as well. In the past I was always told they didn't have any high end iPhones, only the old one and they never had any cases for my phone. The chick in there with the orange hair and a big smile, Abby, was so helpful and knowledgeable. I was in and out in no time plus was able to get all my information transferred to my new phone. Will definitely be going back to see her when I need any help with my phone.

Went in for service and the guy forgot to ask if I wanted to keep the same phone number. So he gave me a new one. And he recommended calling customer service. Then getting to work I realize that it has both SIM cards in my phone? I call customer service and the man told me that the guy who helped me was inexperienced and to not go with him anymore because he doesn’t know what he’s doing. How much do you suck that the customer service people know you already and recommend you not to go with him. Gotta make the drive to another one now so they can fix my phone.

Service cuts out randomly and regularly. It is the same service it was in 2014. Charges $5 just to pay a bill, on time, with CASH in store. Corporate Greed destroying America!

it's nice to be able to find someone who's willing to help you go and beyond and not act like they're doing you a favor I switched from companies because of that and came here it's a very good person dedicated to his job

Recently went there with my mom and Marisa provided great customer service! My mom isn’t very comfortable with English but marisa made sure to answer all of the questions we had in spanish!
