I gave a 5 star. Don't know if it was deserved.I am getting my first oxygen and have nothing but problemsI wish themployes would tell the customer about the machine but don't I have had someone at my house everyday and things still don't work correctly Wish someone would help me ASAP but

Brandi, Jerika, Alex, & JJ were all wonderful. Alex and JJ went over the care and set up of the ramp well. Nothing but positive and happy interaction.

Alex Flores did excellent job of keeping me informed when he was coming to my home called me at 7pm to tell me he was coming in 30 mins also him and Charlie very friendly picked their equipment up 12/20/23 thank you so much Alex
