So friendly and nice they were amazing. We were treated so nice by the sales lady Mor Lee. The process was very easy and we were out the door in under an hour after trying multiple chairs. They even let my daughter have the display teddy bear because she really wanted it! Highly recommend.

Alex and his helper came out and not only did they do an amazing and fast, professional job, but they truly listened to what our needs were and made sure they addressed everything we needed so my sister could come home from the nursing home. I recommend Broadway Medical 100%!

Hi this is for Broadway medical Manita Nomnes set the Lisa's watch programmed all her medicines on her wrist watch and was very humorous very funny nice person I would go there again for Lisa and Greg.

What an incredible company to handle your medical needs. They are very easy to work with and address any issues promptly. Recently we had an issue and they came right out. Cory and Alex were awesome. They were very personable, professional and took time to go over all our questions. Even had some confusion with a warranty and Broadway Medical went above and beyond to help us, when they didn’t have too. We would highly recommend them for all your medical needs!

I took my mother in and was amazed with her care. They treated her respectfully, asked questions to make sure she knew her options, were incredibly friendly and were very knowledgeable about their products. She loved her service. We will definitely go back with any other needs.

The Oxygen for home use customer is supported by an efficient team. The delivery drivers are prompt, kind and efficient. Alex was sure to offer help above and beyond. One morning around 4:30 a.m. we had an equipment failure, placed a call to Broadway Medical, and in about half an hour their service rep was here with replacement equipment. Three Cheers for this business at time of need. Thank you!

Would give this place a zero if I could. No one does their job anymore. Came to this place for a breast pump. When i first came to this place they took my info insurance and prescription and told me they had to do alot of calling and paper work they would call me the next morning when everything was ready. Two day never got a call so went back up there. They still had done nothing when i got there. Mama's stay clear of this store just buy online pumps from other online stores! They over price the Medela pump and when you have 2 insurances still ask you to pay part of the cost in cash! They have the same exact pump online for free, and they just want to take advantage of people. I will never get anything from this place. It's shame they would scam and take advantage of mother's.

Changed my review from 5 to 3 as I have mixed feelings about Broadway home medical. They have very helpful, experienced staff, but some of their products are very highly priced. I was able to get a 16 CT pack of Tena Extra incontinence underwear down the street at Barneys for $7, but they are sold out so I came down to Broadway medical and for the exact same package they are $32!! That is so sad! It's difficult to find good incontine pull ups that don't leak, but I can't afford $32 for a 16 count, That will last me 4 days. I have to wash bedding and mattress pads every morning when I don't have the brand that doesn't leak, between pulls ups or briefs, laundry detergent and water bill, it's getting very expensive to have incontinence! I'm in my 30's and new to incontinence, it's a difficult world to maneuver, I was so happy to have found the good Tenas, but left empty handed due to the high price. =/Previous review:I was able to find a good sling for my oldest son's lift here, and they were very helpful in which one to purchase.

Briana, Thank you for your assistance in securing the reclining wheelchair for my son in a record time. Your prompt action in following up with the Doctor's office, and dedication in navigating the insurance process were instrumental in ensuring that we received the equipment he needed in a timely manner. After the surgery this wheelchair was absolutely necessary to bring our son back from the hospital; it will also be useful to take him for any other appointments when he is in the Spica cast.Thank you once again for going above and beyond to help my son. I am grateful for your assistance and expertise.

These people are chiselers. Be very wary of them. Self pay price of a walker is 150, with insurance (same walker) about 750. Insurance would only cover half. Rip off artists. Avoid them.

I tried to switch vendors for my wife's CPAP an order her supplies. they tried to tell me she only used it twice since September. Funny they have not wanted or download her SD card from the machine she uses every night!!! they just wanted to play insurance games!go to VIA Christi home medical, easier to deal with just further from our home.
