The worst!!!! Fast Break dosen't exist here. Not doing Budget in Wichita ever again. Why have Fast Break if you still have to wait in line and fill out all the paperwork, give credit card, etc. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Reserved the type of car we needed online for our trip to Wichita for my mother-in-law's funeral. When we arrived the "only" car they had was a 2door dodge Challenger. 3 suitcases, 2 coolers, family members trying to climb in and out of the back seat....extremely inconvenient. If I wanted a sports car, I would have reserved one. Online reservation was obviously useless. They claimed "these things happen" but I call b.s. They overbooked. I will not be a customer in the future.Customer service report was also a waste of time. Go elsewhere.

Nice experience and I do recommend for anyone running any type of vehicle to get there added insurance to cover anything that may happen to the vehicle

I am a business owner and travel a lot. I find the customer service at this particular Budget a little too unsatisfactory. One of the reps was really nice but the rest don't appreciate the business you are doing with this company. There are many choices and I find Enterprise to be the best so far. Save your money and go to Enterprise. I won't be using Budget again.

I've rented almost 1,000 cars in the past 30 years and this was the worst experience I ever had. When I arrived they had no cars available that I ordered. The agent said she "upgraded" me to an SUV--so small that I could only get luggage in by putting the back seat down--which meant I couldn't take both luggage and passengers. She said they have one car, but I'd have to pay 45% more than my reservation. Total ripoff!

Good location. Easy to find. Large parking lot for such a small store front but the people are GREAT to work with and eager to help. Overall, much better than most.

Helpful staff, short lines, easy security. Very small airport so not many amenities, and I didn't check for wi-fi but I doubt it's free.
