this place used to be really good when it was the alley. the restaurant was always good, with a big menu. the bowling was always good. when bowlero took ownership, every thing went downhill. prices went up. quality went down. menu selection is slashed. service is terrible. do not go here. we tried to watch a football game and the tvs wouldn't work. avoid at all costs.

Less than impressed. Took my grandson here for a fun day. Just like we used to do when it was The Alley. Paid for a game in the arcade and then told we couldn't play it because they were working in the area. Could have told us before we paid for the game. Then went to bowl and had to move lanes twice because of lanes not working right. Shoe rental was ridiculously expensive for a pair of kids shoes. As the grandson said, very frustrating.

Beware! If you want to I reserve a lane it costs $35. They call it an "event" fee. We got the pleasure of paying to bowl and rent shoes! That's it. Someone was supposedly going to come around to take refreshment orders. No one did ! Very few lanes were in use so it was money thrown away.

Absolutely awful, prices for food are insane. Shoe rentals are $6+ per person. Games are just as expensive per game per person if not more depending on "deals" they have going on. The Alley was way better than this place is now with the new company. They should be boycotted at all costs. Go to Seneca bowl instead.

This place is SO fun!! We came midday on a Friday and it was not packed at all, there are a ton of lanes so they spread everyone out pretty well. I believe it's cheaper to bowl before 4pm if you're renting shoes and buying games. The woman who was taking food and drink orders behind the bar was SO incredibly kind and helpful. I wish I remembered her name because she was the best. I ordered a fountain drink (unlimited refills!), the chicken sandwich and the mozzarella sticks. It was also yummy! This place was clean and looked great. Looking forward to coming back.

Very unhelpful bowling personnel, rather sit on their stool than get big bottom off the chair and help us figure out why our bowling lane wasn't working, but plenty of time to talk to coworkers about their tats. $5.26 shoe rental? Really? Five kids plus two adults, just to rent shoes to bowl in, crazy high price and the place was almost empty 09/16/22. I can see why. They also stopped serving food at an odd time and didn't announce it so we could get kids a pizza. The go carts 'them, they, non-binary' thing needs to manage the carts rather than stare at my kids.

Escapeology inside the Alley is a great escape room place. The place was clean. There were different levels of rooms and fun time was had by all.

They have a variety of activities for everyone to participate in. We took our high school students and the staff was very nice and the pizza was very good. They made a gluten free pizza for us and a couple of chicken wraps for two others with food allergies. The place was clean and kept all entertained.

It was OK. We went for the arcade and was pretty disappointed. There weren't that many games and at least half of them were out of order. We still had fun with what little was working. bowling was good, and food was good. But will definitely choose a different place next time. Not at all worth the high prices.

The Alley is one of my top favorite bowling centers in Wichita along with Derby Bowl. The lanes there are much more drier than most other centers but I actually like it because it gives me a chance to use my favorite type of bowling ball most of the time which is urethane. The place itself is also kind of neat. Most of the employees there somewhat nice and as a matter of fact, when I called the manager for permission to shoot a video for my YouTube channel, he was very friendly and he and his great employees helped me set up too. :)

Beer & large tvs to watch football games for the adults, music, pizza, and bowling for the teens. Will do again.

The Alley was right next door to the hotel my family and I stayed in. There was a little bit of a wait for the 5 of us to bowl, but it was a blast! Staff was friendly and the facility was clean!
