“My wife and I bought carpeting and laminated wood flooring from the Horton's Flooring store at 9310 W Maple. First of all, the manager of the store, Lonnie Werth was very knowledgeable and professional in explaining the flooring he had to offer. His input helped make our decisions and purchase very easy.
The carpet layers, Sergio and Brayden were on time and very professional. They knew what they were doing for sure. I can't even see the seams in the carpet that had to be made in a few places. Sergio did a fantastic job on this. We also had laminated wood flooring installed in a bedroom and two bathrooms. The installer, Jerry Brooks also did a fantastic job. One bathroom had a water leak problem that required some sub flooring to be replaced. Jerry went out of his way to repair the sub floor and fix the water leak. (Wax seal on toilet was leaking due to a broken flange on the pipe.) Although there was an extra charge for the work, the cost was minimal and resonable.
I highly recommend Horton's Flooring company for all of your flooring needs. We had very quality carpeting and laminate wood flooring installed at the most competitive price I found in all of Wichita.”

“Saw an ad for a great price for a ride on mower so I called to see if they carry it at that store location. Didn't get his name but the guy who helped me on the phone said they had 3 left and he pointed out that it was the last day of the sale. Went in about an hour before they closed and got fantastic help from Mason. He was personable and gracious reacting to my husband's jokes and seems to be an all-around nice guy with such great customer service skills we figured he must get commission but he said he didn't.
