“Came to Designers Home Gallery looking for flooring on a project I’m working on. I was helped by Ben who showed me around their showroom and gave me plenty of options to look at. Their pricing was great and I was able to get all the flooring I needed that day. Knowledgeable staff, great showroom with plenty of options, and great pricing. Definitely will continue to come back for my next projects.”

“We used these folks to help us in finding items for a basement remodel and they were great to deal with. Their prices were good and their attention to customer service was a pleasant departure from what we had been experiencing elsewhere. Well definitely be coming back next year when we do the upstairs!”

“Every single staff member that we worked with -in person or on the phone-provided us with excellent service. They listened to our explanation of what we were looking for, gave us helpful hints & suggestions and were available to us through the process from my initial steps into their store to the completion of the installation. And, the selection of carpeting was amazing. We are very pleased with our new 2 bedrooms of carpeting. Thank you !”

“My wife and I bought carpeting and laminated wood flooring from the Horton's Flooring store at 9310 W Maple. First of all, the manager of the store, Lonnie Werth was very knowledgeable and professional in explaining the flooring he had to offer. His input helped make our decisions and purchase very easy. The carpet layers, Sergio and Brayden were on time and very professional. They knew what they were doing for sure. I can't even see the seams in the carpet that had to be made in a few places. Sergio did a fantastic job on this. We also had laminated wood flooring installed in a bedroom and two bathrooms. The installer, Jerry Brooks also did a fantastic job. One bathroom had a water leak problem that required some sub flooring to be replaced. Jerry went out of his way to repair the sub floor and fix the water leak. (Wax seal on toilet was leaking due to a broken flange on the pipe.) Although there was an extra charge for the work, the cost was minimal and resonable. I highly recommend Horton's Flooring company for all of your flooring needs. We had very quality carpeting and laminate wood flooring installed at the most competitive price I found in all of Wichita.”

“Updated October 15th, 2019. Another successful remodel with the expert help of the Compton team. Thanks RobbyUpdate March 4th 2019? once again Robby and Camela have helped me design and transform another home from a piece of coal to a beautiful diamond. They do what the big box storescant, give real advice and color coordinate beautified masterpieces. Thank you both very much. The best, most knowledgeable and helpful place around. I've bought and refurbished 31 houses in the past 4.5 years, Robby and his wife are always happy to help me design what I need in my houses. They are always there when I need them. I could go to the big box stores but they have no idea how to decorate interiors of houses. I appreciate the personal one on one assistance in choosing what will look best in my houses and at the same time stay in my budget. Their help and advice on design is what makes my houses rent and sell fast. They always stand behind the products they sell and the installers they use. Great family owned business. It doesn't matter whether you have a million dollar home or a multi million dollar business, they can take care of your design needs. Check them out, see for yourself. They have my exclusive business. I am a level 7 Google guide with just over 3.8 million viewers, trust me, this place is awesome.....Again, May 1st, 2019. This place is amazing. They took care of helping me design the tile work for another one of my houses and its fantastic.Update October 31. Great job Robby and team. Helping me get another house ready to rent. Top notch flooring and tile. They tackle any job or color challenge put in front of them, quickly and with great quality. No job or challenge to large or too small. Thanks Robby and Kamela”

“Saw an ad for a great price for a ride on mower so I called to see if they carry it at that store location. Didn't get his name but the guy who helped me on the phone said they had 3 left and he pointed out that it was the last day of the sale. Went in about an hour before they closed and got fantastic help from Mason. He was personable and gracious reacting to my husband's jokes and seems to be an all-around nice guy with such great customer service skills we figured he must get commission but he said he didn't. Glad Sutherland's hired these guys because they made us more confident in buying such a big ticket item.”
