The lady Misty at the counter was unresponsive even after seeing me twice. When she finally tried to help me she reeked if marijuana and slurred her words. I asked for my food and she called Christian and a man walked up in the same state. The completely ignored me and openly started talking about going to KC to pick up marijuana. This place is trash. Avoid it

went in here for a breakfast sandwich none of these people knew what they were doing mind u i was waiting a good minute for it too. and they gave me a half frozen sandwich that was slapped together like trash.

As a door dasher I have had two orders to pick up here. I will be declining future orders at this store. First order was two sodas and a bottle of water. They didn't have the brand of water and would not substitute the Casey brand water bottle for my customer. Today I waited for a sandwich and when it was ready the girl behind the counter just threw it on the counter and walked away checking her phone. No smile. No bag. No here ya go. Every employee looks miserable. I don't know if it's just a terrible place to work or that's the caliber of employees they hire.

Store isn’t one of the cleanest, but acceptable. Seems like every time I go in they are out of cups or some of their soda fountains are out or nonfunctional. Then when I move over to their bottled pop they have a really limited selection, due to supply. Seems like this store really needs to work on cleaning and inventory/ordering the proper quantities. I usually try to avoid this store because of these issues.

Set on hold for an hour and a half and am now out 50$ on an order of pizza -3star do not recommend hire someone who's competent at there job if I could rate it lower I would this has been absurd. Do not recommend wish I would've read the reviews to see this is the typical experience at this location

I’ve been there the last two weeks twice aeach week for the breakfast pizza and all four times they never had and food in the holder or even started. Asked the cashier is anyone making pizza she just shook her head no never looked at me and back on the counter as if she was having a bad day. Very poor customer service and never has food ready for the early working crowd. And this is becoming more of a regular thing, they don’t care about the customers. Very disappointed in that store. Wish I lived closer to another one that I know are very courteous and all ways have there breakfast food ready. Do something about this!

Ordered a pizza and they were out of bacon and do not notify you until you pick up.
They can't refund it but hold you hostage for credit on your rewards card that I didn't even know I had.
Makes me avoid Caseys even more now. Will drive out of my way for gas and pizza

Sucks you have to actually give a star to rate it. One star is being generous. This has to be the worst store they have. Absolutely dirty!! Every surface is nasty. The male Staff are quite rude cashier and cook were taste testing foods together instead of helping people. Warmers never has much in it. One or two things that aren't cooked fully. I got a fountain drink this morning and the push lever stayed on due to so much built up of old pop. You can tell the store hasn't been wiped down in a long time. The donut glass case you couldn't even see thru due to food and finger prints on the outside. Every glass door and counter was covered in nasty.The casheir was standing around on her phone behind the counter doing nothing for the store. I worked at the Casey's on West Street so I know that's not the way the store should look. I'll go the extra mile to quick trip on rock Rd from now on.
