On Friday October 3rd 2025 I went in at 1128 am to purchase pizza and gas I don't know who the long haired young man is who is in the back making pizza but his attitude and dirty looks are extremely unnecessary he needs to be fired with that attitude

This store has continually messed up our pizza orders and I have complained to them before but they can’t make a pizza order right. I ordered a supreme with no mushrooms and got a pizza full of mushrooms. How hard is it to read the order. Hire people who can read maybe. Will not be going back I am done. Save yourself some time and heartache and get your pizza somewhere else. DO NOT GO HERE.

The staff here is awesome I forgot something this morning I was in a rush to perform a dispatch for work and they held on to it for me until this afternoon when I was able to return and get it thank you guys and ladies so much

Nothing like spending$150 on fuel and every single windshield washer fluid holder is bone dry. She said she will fill it. They tell me this everytime. Trash overflowing by gas pumps also. This store needs a manager!!!

Once again I’m here!! I order my pizza and soon as she starts to make the pizza she goes and open doors comes back with the same gloves on and continues to back the pizza. Never changes gloves 😡. Then she make 2 other orders in the same gloves, what is it with you guys that doesn’t understand the health code policy of changing out you gloves. The counter are dirty wrappers and spilled drinks on the counter to with the red sanitizer bucket and rag hanging in the sink!!! I came and complained once before about these damn gloves as well as the cook touched his face with the gloves continued to make the pizza and gave them my number the said someone would be calling me about this situation and I still haven’t heard anything I’m so irritated!😡🤦🏽♀️🚩🤬😩🚩(Meridian location)

By far, it's the worst Casey's pizza I've ever had on multiple occasions. They try to rush through orders using paper-thin dough when you order original crust. It's undercooked and soaked in grease. The staff blames the manager for always leaving to smoke and being short-staffed. The manager blames the staff and has even denied actions and went as far as gaslighting. I have wasted too much money at this location for pizza that an entire family wouldn't eat. Nobody at this location will make anything right. They can't even guarantee they will make the pizza correctly because apparently, they don't know how to do that. The prior reviews are correct in that they will be rude and hang up on customers. They hang up when things get hard or when they can't answer a question. They have no customer service skills and will not take the time to make a Casey's pizza as it should be made. I can say all of this because I have ordered from them frequently for years. I've had it with this place and would rather drive across town for good pizza that our family can actually stomach.

I had ordered a large pepperoni and a large beef pizza through the Casey's app for delivery and upon receiving my order it was not correct. I had gotten the one large beef, but the other pizza was just a large plain cheese.
Upon realizing my order was wrong I called up to the store to explain the situation. The worker that answered the phone said that if I came back in she'd remake my order or refund my card. I explained that I had ordered delivery and did not have a way back up there and if they could just re send the pizza out to me she then VERY RUDELY goes "WELL I DON'T KNOW WHERE YOU LIVE I DON'T KNOW HOW I AM SUPPOSED TO BRING YOU YOUR PIZZA" and yes I am using it all caps because she said it very harshly and rudely to me.
Of course after being treated so rudely I asked to be switched to a manager because I no longer wished to speak to her if that's how she was going to treat me.
I will say the manager I was handed off to was very nice and understanding about the situation. I explained the whole situation to her over again, and she explained since they out source their delivery to door dash there was unfortunately no way to resend the order out, but that since I ordered through the Casey's app she would refund my money for the order and that since it was a Friday night it would be back on my card by Monday, but it is now Wednesday and I still do not have my money back.
I did log into my Casey's app and send a message to Casey's directly, but have not gotten anything back from them or any refund or credit on my account.

Typical Casey's: .99 cent cokes, cars parked every which-a-way, clean bathrooms and sketchy patrons. Oh well, at least they are consistent. ?
Parking: Pay attention where you park...there are cars and pick-ups parked all over the place.

Going through medical issues, looked till I found taco pizza, with refried beans. Theirs said it had them, so got it and a cheese pizza. Not one refried bean on it.... huge lettuce chunks! So disappointed, as a couple other places make cheaper w/o beans too, but got here because supposedly it had them.
