Our Pizza's were wonderfully made. The cheese was golden brown and the crust was perfect. **Anthony was upbeat and an absolute pleasure.

I pulled up yesterday for pizza and the workers were actually so chill they were like asking about my day and stuff, great atmosphere. The pizza was so gas too

So I’ve always had a hard time coming in here Bc I thought the staff were always rude to me. ( especially the ladies in the kitchen)
But Monday I came in and Anthony was at the front and he has some award winning customer service!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I was in a great mood after our encounter! He was so nice and friendly. I came in again today and again saw him in the kitchen. Let this kid show these ladies how real customer service is! He deserves a raise and a promotion!!!
I saw all these other bad reviews and I bet if they encountered Anthony they would have never wrote a bad review!!

The automated phone service isn't accurate. My pizza wasn't what I wanted and was so salty I had to waste a whole half of pizza. Trying to get the order corrected or a refund was hell so nevermind ever ordering there again.

Everytime I go in the morning nevaeh when there is always on her phone and never greets anyone or says have a nice day. Poor customer service. As well as coming in multiple morning and there being no breakfast pizza at 6:30-7AM. Saying “they just started 15-20 minutes” thats insane when that rotated cabinet should be stocked EVERY MORNING!!

Multiple times I have ordered pizza from this store and it’s always the same experience. I ordered my food an hour and half early to only show up and have to wait an additional 30 minutes. The staff doesn’t care, they just look lost. No one wants to pay $60 plus and have this kind of customer service. I would recommend going to another Casey’s if you want good customer service without the hassle.

Worst store ever ! If you place an order come 15 minutes later than they say to pick it up ! Why have an automated system if you can't find employees to do what the computer says lol it's a pizza how hard can it be????

I have never reviewed a Casey's, but this is the worst cases I have ever been to!! First they didn't have supplies for coffee out, then there was no food prepared so me and another customer had to walk away. Then at the register, one register for cash and other card work so I went to the register for cash and then she took the lady behind who was paying with card because I guess she didn't want to walk 2 steps to the other register although I already waited for the 2 customers ahead of me to go. And then the cash register didn't work either so she had to take cash out of that register anyway to go put it in the register for cards only, just to be able to check me out!! On top of that everybody had a bad attitude except for the lady making cold food.

Never pizza available or always over cooked. Always 6 workers and only one person ringing out with a line of 6 people or more. Not customer focused. Always five to six people there. Only one person ever ringing people out, Always a line of four to five people. You have to wait 5 minutes or more to check out

Casey's on N Tyler Rd has Winterized Diesel Fuel! After moving to Wichita Kansas from Montana, unable to find winterized diesel & battling gelled fuel even with additives, I finally found this station with winterized fuel. ? Thank you, Casey's! All our diesels will now be safe from the disaster of gelled fuel lines. ⛽️

The app is very misleading on their brownie. Bit shows on the app that they look fresh and actual brownies. But in fact, they're actually the plastic wrap brownies inside the store granted those are good. So if you ever order pizza and it's your first time, please know that the desserts are not Freshly made Thank you for your time. Ps not the workers fault
