The food here is good…when they have it. Whoever does inventory at this Casey’s needs to pay closer attention to the coolers. They let it go without certain items for way too long.

1st tried to put in the code on line didn’t take so called the automated system didn’t take the code either, guy answered ask him about the buy one get one pizza half off with the code, he said could not do it not fair when yo know the code doesn’t work anyway, don’t know if we’re going back and I’m telling everyone that I know and don’t know

Horrible cook, boxed up 8 pizzas before putting a single one in the warmer, waited 20 mins before I got fed up and left.

Well, walking in the store, there was a mud trail from the front door all the way to the bathroom. Heading to the bathroom, there was a foul smell, and then once I entered the bathroom, I found out where the smell was coming from. Not only that, but the sink was running constantly while I used the filthy toilet. After I finished using the restroom, I washed my hands, and there were no paper towels to dry them with. To top it all off, like the icing on the cake, the faucet on the sink would not turn off. The reason why I was running when I walked in there. This had to be one of the worst experiences at Casey's I've ever had. I've never seen a Casey's store this pitiful, EVER. Not one worker there seems to care about their job, much less the customer. That entire crew needs to be replaced or re-trained especially the management. A good management team will have their employees caring especially when they're not around to babysit.

Ordered 7 large pizzas at 8:54 a.m. and set the pickup tine to 11:45. Showed up at 11:40 and no pizzas were even made. Finally, after speaking with the manager, we finally got the pizzas made and walked iut at 12:20 - Sevice is awful and they certainly don't care to make it better.

I love coming to this casey’s! I stop in 1-2 times a week to get myself a drink before work and the staff are amazing! I’ve always been able to strike up a small conversation with them and get what I need.

My dad and me have bought pizza many times over the years from this Casey's and there has never been a problem until about two months ago. I order a large supreme pizza from them and when I got the pizza home I notice it had hardly any toppings on it and it pretty much had no meat on the pizza to it was more like a cheese pizza. I called the store and I asked for a manager and I was told the manger was not available and if I would give them my phone number they would call me back the next day and make things right. The next day came around and no manager never called me back. I also received a email from Casey's wanting me to fill out a survey about my experience with this Casey's and I filled out the survey and told them about my problem with my pizza and nobody ever returned my email. My dad and me weren't going to order pizza from Casey's again but today we decided it's been two months since we order the last pizza so we decided to give this Casey's one more try. So I ordered a large supreme pizza again and when I got the pizza home I notice again there was hardly any toppings or meat on the pizza and the pizza was also real greasy to and once again it was more like cheese pizza. So I called Casey's corporate office this afternoon and told them about the problem that I had with this store and also told them about my problem with my pizza two months ago and also told them about my problem had with my pizza tonightto. I told them if this keeps this up there going to go out of business. The corporate office told me there were going to put free pizza in my rewards and they would have the district manager retrain there employee's which I find this hard to believe because they didn't make it right the first time when I had a problem with my pizza two months ago. I gave them a second chance and I got burnt again by a horrible pizza. So after talking to my dad tonight we both decided were not going to give Casey's a third chance and we're no longer are going to order pizza from Casey's we're going to start ordering pizza from Papa John's from now on.

Everytime I walk into this specific caseys, everything is understocked, messy, dirty. There is never pizza in the warmer, and if it is, it is low quality compared to other caseys. If all that isn't bad enough for you, the service is much worse. The employees are rude, lazy, and they take so long to check you out when you buy items due to them talking to coworkers, on their phones, or doing something else that's off task. This is the only casey's i wouldn't go to, all other ones are amazingly managed and employed. This specific one would be much better if they just had better employment.
