After using this Worldfone for years I can no longer recommend them. My girlfriend's iPhone 6 battery started having issues holding a charge. Since I've used Worldfone so often I recommended them to my girlfriend as they said they would fix it for a good price. Not even two months later she noticed a bulge in the case and after taking it out and looking at it closer, the battery had bulged and caused the top part of the screen to crack off. I took it in expecting them to fix it since it was clearly a faulty battery. 2 mornings later, having not heard anything, I called them back to check on it. The guy said he would call me back when the owners got there for the day. When he called back, he said he didn't think the issue was the battery and asked me questions like does she use the phone while it's charging, cleary trying to put the blame on the customer. He said that there is a 30 day warranty on battery replacements so they wouldn't be able to fix it for free, but would provide a discounted price. This is a terrible way to do business, and I can no longer recommend them. If you decide to go here, make sure you get a receipt and ask about their warranties.
