We’ve been banking with Commerce Bank for 35 years, we have never had a problem. I would suggest a bank in West Wichita as well as more ATMs

We recently moved here from out of state. We needed some help on a Saturday getting cash as our current bank does not have any branches in Kansas. Remembering that we had been with Commerce Bank years ago in another state, we stopped by the 21st St location and asked for help. Isaiah Ross was amazing. He found our original account information and went way above and beyond to help us. Thank you for saving the day Isaiah!

I am switching back, to Fidelity. I closed my account, to come here.A. I opened a savings. Checking. And small business.(Everyone is nice, yes. Especially Ken & Jen), BUT...A. I never got my EIN paperwork back!!!! I had to redo it, due to the IRS incorrect spelling of my business name. I just realized, tonight. I tore my house up. I keep this stuff organized. I have the first one but not the updated copy.Which is a huge issue.2. Paperwork was never filed. At all. It's been over a month since I got my business account and no card. Supposedly it's on its way, any day.3. I was told, I could get a vtedit card for milage. That was also incorrect4. This has made MORE WORK, for me! This isn't worth it. Now. I have to call the IRS (after being hung up on when I waited 2 hours!). This is an issue for me. I get different answers. Nope. I regret switching.

First and last visit to this branch. Not comforting to know that they kick their customers out the door at noon on Saturday. I hope other locations aren't so callous.

Horrible customer service! Ended up closing out my business account, personal accounts, and children savings account. Commerce bank is by far the worst banking experience I have ever had!!!

As I sat in the lobby trying to get simple questions answered about my loan, the entire office was in a board room having a party. Tried to call and no one at that branch could answer simple loan questions and return calls were non-existent. Had to call another branch to get my questions answered.
