Haven’t even had my account open for a few months and you guys end up closing it from an overdraft charge from my previous bank.
I have been trying to dispute it for weeks now without resolution.
You could have at least had the decency to work me.
I’ll be contacting the corporate office over this.
Ridiculous.

Went in to the bank suspecting fraud, the 5thyoung man who helped us found it right away. Fortunately the Bank has already declined the withdrawal. Hechecked for other activity, then closed that card, then printed a new one for us. Wonderful, friendly and kind service.

Do not open a business checking account here. This branch can't even provide support to get online banking setup and statement/service fees will drain your account.

The team at Commerce bank has always been very helpful managing my account. It's nice knowing your banker by name when you need an auto loan or other bank service.

This is the worst service I have ever experienced. Lines out the door. The wait time to cash a check about gave my husband a break down. It was like a joke. The bald manager just chatting away. How do they stay open?????
