If you're looking for old, used, or refurbished equipment, this is the place to go. Most of the equipment is dusty, and the products have been sitting on the shelf so long that the price tags have begun to fade. Not a good place for people building new computers, but if you are maintaining your old 1989 to 2006 computer this is the place for you.

The best place to fix computer. These guys are great, wonderful, excellent and their performance in fixing computer marvellous. Their customer service is great and cheap.

Great place, good pricing, limitedselection of laptops. EDIT: Their selection of laptops has increased a lot, and the service is great. I trust these folks to work on my computer, they do what they say.

After an abysmal experience at Best Buy, I was happy to spend my money at a local brick and mortar establishment that had what i needed and knew what they were talking about. I will be doing more business there in the future.

My computer is like new/brand new and the staff was nice and understanding. The reason for the 3 star rating is due to price/quote inconsistencies. I was quoted a certain price before paying for an additional service and when a family member went to go pick up the laptop the staff advised it’d be $20 more. Upon checking my receipt, and being told it would be $80 for the additional service I was actually charged $85.99. My laptop works GREAT and as aforementioned, the staff was nice, but make sure to get all the quoted prices in writing to avoid the changes in pricing. Fortunately, I had some extra money in the budget and could afford it, but the last thing you want is to pay for a service that will be more expensive than you initially expected after setting those funds aside.

Had alot of issues at previous store fixed my issues on multiple occasions really appreciate them and the service they provided fast friendly staff amd understanding go here if you need anything.

Notice over the years I've been going into this store Like today I'm going there ask young man how's your day going that's a reply back doesn't say anything at all until we novel to me I told them that's great customer service whatever it's me I think out of the 5 years I've been going to this store today it'll be the last day I'd rather just drive go to Best Buy or Walmart because I do believe interaction with the customer and the person behind the counter is important for the longevity of any business you want to build a good report or get relation and the employees that I've noticed there are some of the rudest people I have encountered in my 51.
