“The store was clean and comfortable. I never saw any associates walking the floor while I looked for a certain item. However, once I went to the register to ask for help, both that associate and I’m guessing the manager were friendly and the manager searched and retrieved an item for me that hadn’t yet been stocked to the floor.”

“For most of the day we could not get the scan and email function from our printer/copier/scanner to work. We were able to print to it so it was recognized on the network but when trying to send emails the machine could not find the network to send them out. It was a strange issue. Long story short after I submitted an email requesting help, it was fixed and working within a very short period of time..”
“When we fid get a person to help he fid a good job. They didn't have some things in stock but told me how to order to either ship to store or to me. Would have been nice if I could have ordered at the store vs going into the website myself. I don't think they carry low margin items in the store. Can't thank my sales person enough. “In store experience at Best Buy on Maize or Rock is always the best option! We've purchased appliances, phones, multiple TV's and a lot of odds and ends. Although calling now you cannot get to a store and that's not the greatest as you have questions after you you can't just call the person you were visiting with and get more info. Customer service on the phone can't just pick up where you left off on store.”
