Haven't had insurance for 4 years and you guys have been nothing but kind and wonderful. I've had medical providers treat me like garbage for not having insurance but everyone at consumers is always polite and on top of it. Thank you so much for all you do!

I really like this pharmacy they have great prices on prescriptions and when you called and need a prescription right away because you forgot to fill It in a timely manner they are always very nice about it and fill my prescription right away thank you

Normally they take care of any request you have in a timely manner but when I spoken with one of the technicians about my husband's prescription, they belittled me in the answers they gave to my questions. Even if you had a rough day, you should take care of your customers in the same respectable manner

Consumer pharmacy is a pharmacy based in my hometown. Recently, my daughter had lice. I was at a lost with what to do. Over the counter treatments were not working. I spent hours combing through hair and was not getting anywhere. My daughter’s PCM would not prescribe anything to treat it. After an urgent care visit, we received a script for a prescription strength treatment. The prescription was unfortunately on back order at every pharmacy within a 100 mile radius of me. The Walgreen’s I was at would not work with me or urgent care. They said they were too busy to look up a different script I could use and did not want to go back and forth with urgent care. Again, I was at a lost with what to do. I called my old pharmacy - Consumer’s Pharmacy. The pharmacists and tech’s there were able to put my mind at ease. They immediately took matters into their hands. They personally contacted the walgreen’s in my area and told them what scripts they could provide to me and that they needed to help me. Within a day I had the script I needed. They care for their customers and are passionate about their services.

Never had a problem with them. They're speedy and respectful! I usually do my pickups through the drive thru and I've never had a bad experience. I'm always helped by the guy with the beautiful blue eyes

Worst customer service I have encountered, very rude and just hang up after I said thank you, I hope someone does something because sick elderly people should not be treated like that!
