It is generally well stocked with a good variety, though some note there is not a variety of different brands. Some merchandise is a good deal, but customers have to know their prices. Organic food is available and there are random samples to try. Some find the experience underwhelming compared to other stores, and there can be item shortages or supply chain issues. While the staff is often described as friendly, some report negative interactions and a feeling of being overlooked. The warehouse could use improvements such as adding liquor and wine, similar to other locations, and better furniture displays. It remains a popular, though sometimes crowded, destination for bulk shopping.
Everyone is always going on and on about how great Costco is but I was underwhelmed. There is not a variety of different brands of products. I would rather go to Sams Club.
