I would give zero stars if I could. They're dirty deleting the bad reviews about Jay the scam artist. He will sell you outdated equipment and laugh in your face and refuse a refund. Guaranteed the money went into his grubby hands straight into his pockets. Disgusting behavior you should all be ashamed. Sucks this company has a chokehold on this city

I have always liked the service with Cox. Situation has changed. However I would go back should my situation change.

The WORST internet service ever. I needed internet and this was one of two options for my area, if I could spend more money I would 100% have gone with the other company. Cox automatically enrolled me in an income based help plan I don’t even qualify for. And when setting an account up there is no option other than to opt into it. And if you want to opt out after that you have to call customer service. I was disconnected twice, and the next day was on hold for 15 mins. Even after I thought I got everything sorted out I’ve gotten five emails and two phone calls asking for more information from me to prove I qualify for the plan. I’ve told three representatives now that I don’t want to be in the plan nor qualify and keep getting emails and phone calls. The internet itself constantly kicks me off of it, and I reset my modem almost daily. Go with any other service and get your moneys worth.

I have been a customer of cox since 2009 & when I called & requested to be disconnected they didn't disconnect & even changed my payment settings to easy pay & charged me for 2 more months. I have never used easy pay & always made a ONE Time payment each month since 2009. And now they said they'll charge me for the equipment if I don't return it. Yet the store I picked the equipment up from is closed & no longer there. The rep I spoke to said they'd send me a return label & now they refuse to do even that. Cox is a rip off & fraud. They refuse to refund the charges they fraudulently made. Stay away from cox!

Went from 30 bucks a month. To 70.00 a month, service interruptions constant, 4 times this week, customer service non existant , when we finally did get a hold of someone, 12.00 credit was all they could muster..... after 26 years, we will be switching. Cox does not seem to care. Angry possum does not recommend

Everything the cox solution store on maize has ever told has was completely wrong. They have no idea what they are talking about. From the contour box to security equipment to how to make it all work. I get better support from googling you tube. Totally upset with what ever dealing I've had with them

I am currently a satisfied Cox customer. It took a lot of work on my part and some exemplary Cox reps. The guy who waited on me at the store was not one of them. He was difficult and did not appreciate my suggestions regarding improving his job performance.I was disappointed though that he ended up tossing my equipment on the counter and saying something like - ok here's your box- then without activation or anything he went to the door and held it open so I understood that we were all done.I was almost disappointed when I cancelled my account and was looking forward to taking the box back and tossing it on the counter. But Cox reached out and fixed all my other problems and I restored my service.I would definitely recommend Cox Comm. to anyone who asked. If I liked them I'd suggest the free shipping or the other local store to pick up their equipment. If I didn't like them though I'd be tempted to send them to this location. When I told two other people about my experience they both asked if the guy looked like - and described him to a T.
