I didn't know that if I wanted to return the machine I would have to do it within. I also didn't know that it was a rent to buy deal. I have found it hard to contact them. After I paid my bill I was locked out of the app.I have no way of knowing if the CPAP machine is still working properly or not. I'm not sure if I actually, need it. I feel like I'm paying for a piece of equipment that I can't afford or use.

The employees are more than nice but the prices told and prices charged were different and then wanted to charge me double the msrp and their justification was only that they have customer service.

Worst company ever! Shady billing, horrible customer service. They will bill you over and over and cannot explain what you're being billed for. Same complaints over and over. Use a different company.

I've just recently been diagnosed with sleep apnea, and was advised to visit here for a CPAP machine. I worked with CC who was able to get me setup on a machine and mask so that I could start on therapy with it. I had a few problems with my first machine, but they were able to swap me to a new machine within the same week and everything has been great since!The front desk staff is very friendly both over the phone and in-person, the office feels cozy, and the process of trying on masks and getting familiar with the machine was both swift and informative.I highly recommend visiting here for anyone needing a new machine/accessories, or wanting to switch DME's.

My mom called a couple other places to inquire about a new CPAP. She told me how incredibly rude her experiences were. The customer service was terrible. Then she called CPAP & Supplies and had an amazing call. She made sure to tell me how great they made her feel and didn’t make her feel d*** when she asked questions. She said the gal was SO NICE on the phone. She went ahead and ordered with them. It is amazing what great customer service can do to a person’s mood and day. Thank you for treating my mom with respect & kindness!

I think both the Wichita and Lenexa employees and customers would be much happier if management were replaced. You can not have a successful business if both managers lack emotional intelligence, empathy and basic human compassion.

The people inside are friendly. My only real complaint is that there was a clerical error and have been sent the wrong cushion replacement.Of the three or four cpap suppliers in Wichita, this is the only one that did it and completed it in about a week compared to others who I've been waiting on since August, it is currently the last day of March.

I was able to perform the sleep study at home without having to stay overnight anywhere. I felt extremely welcomed by the staff; extremely judgment free. Everything was extremely easy to understand and altogether super helpful!

Tremendous customer service. When on a trip to Wichita, I needed a replacement magnetic clip for my headgear. Even though I was not a customer, they provided me with a pack of 6 clips and wouldn't accept any payment. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

I underwent a sleep study and patiently waited over two months to hear the results from this company. I finally contacted them and they could not find my case anywhere. I waited on hold and she finally came back on the phone and said she could only find one that I did with them previously years ago. I told her no, that was not the one I needed. I had done this one a couple of months ago. She again put me on hold. When she came back I could hear her talking with another employee. "Oh yes, she said. That sleep study resulted in an error. You will need to come back in and do it over". If it resulted in an error I asked, why didn't you simply call me and ask me to come back in? Why has it been over two months and no one contacted me ?Dead silence on the other end. I will tell you why I said. Because your trying to cover up the fact you LOST my file! She made no rebuttal. Bottom line, I will not do business with a company that first loses my case study, and then lies to try and cover it up. Unbelievable!

I wrote a review on the Sleeptopia website but realized I also needed to write one on here. Below is my experience and I highly recommend this place to anyone wanted to be treated with respect and an appreciation for your business.Had a great experience with Sleetopia CPAP. Finally made the switch from another company in town that just didn't appreciate my business anymore (national chain apparenty) I finally had my fill and decided to look around. This place was the first to pop up so I went over there. First off I was shocked at how nice the office was and the room you get setup in was way different than were I go set up. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and felt welcomed from the moment I was there. They offered more mask then my other place actually better mask and I made a switch. Here is what I can tell ya, a young lady named Laci helped me and she was outstanding answered all my questions and made it easy for me to decide this is the place for me. I then spoke with another lady named Jennifer she was also outstanding and got me every thing I needed. Pretty happy with them and wanted to say thanks. - Eric
