This is the best bank bar none. It takes time to study each individuals information and after assessing their information decides what the best course of action is to remedy or benefit their present situation while building a stronger relationship with their customers/clients. The more I learn about different products to facilitate my financial experience and growth, I know I'm well represented by our bank, Credit Union of America.

Today I was feeling extremely nervous about getting a personal loan out on my own, with no co signer. But I swear the lord Jesus heard my prayers about letting the most kind hearted individual help out at CUA. And he did he answered my prayers by letting miss TRANG LE help me get approved!!! I'm so grateful for her kindness and understanding and complement about my eyebrows lol. She is a doll anybody looking for that kindness and sweetness I recommend TRANG LE!!! 100%

Starting with a 'me, me, and me', CEO! CEO believes he (and his Doctorate friend) know everything and everyone else should follow. A very bad leader at communication, thinking, and interaction once said that he wanted to tell an old woman at a coffee house who tried to help him (due to his disability) "Do you know that I am a CEO!!!". The CEO title has gotten into his head. After he took over, two CIOs left, the COO left, one CLO was demoted, another CLO left/fired, and the interim CLO was replaced. Someone was promoted to CFO with just one direct report, and that direct report runs everything. He has hired green people into these Executive positions, overlooking some qualified ones. He wants only followers and not leaders. Whoever has spoken up is let go. If you put anyone in this CEO position, CUA will still make money. But this guy is so unqualified in all respects. He makes poor jokes even at the most inappropriate times. I would only suggest getting a mid-to-senior level job there if you want to be a follower.

I opened a checking account with CUA in Wichita and I have been nothing but amazed satisfied, they have been available around the clock and helped me secure a line of credit that has been absolutely appreciated as I had some unforseen emergencies. I love CUA!!! I will suggest this credit union to everyone. Gleif Garrison.

Apparently CUA will freeze your debit card if you are 30 days late on a loan payment. Even if you have talked to a representative and set up a payment date before the automatic freeze which the Rep fails to mention that will happen to you. I understand the responsibility of a loan as I have had several with them and never had a late payment before. CUA also has no one available other than during their standard banking hours to assist people with problems with their credit cards. When asked why no one told me about this policy all they say is its automatic and the employees don't get notified?? So if its the weekend and your stuck unable to get gas, food , or anything its just tough fuckin shit. This company has lost touch with its customers and has a lot of room for improvement for its customer service....I"m sure this will go unnoticed by them and they don't care.....

Worst customer service.ive been waiting g 6 weeks for a lien release and they've done nothing to help. Not managers and I just want to sell the car they won't release the title for. I HATE THIS BANK!

Could have done without attitude for a simple car payment. Also acted like she couldn’t find,when I’ve been and have presented various times. I’ve always been treated nicely from the people at this location and have been a member since 18yrs old. Lose good members over a person who didn’t have the right attitude to do her job.

I recently went in for an auto loan 06/2023. But unfortunately I changed my mind on the vehicle. But I returned and was able to initiate the process once again over the phone the same loan officer Sergio. S at the Central/ Woodlawn branch. He was amazing and well informed! It’s hard to find representatives who are not only professional but patient. He was more than willing to meet our needs. I highly recommend anyone who is interested is purchasing a vehicle to become a member at CUOFA- they’re a good team to work with- including the branch manager. Thanks for all you do Sergio Saka?.

Moving here to Wichita, Kansas, I started banking with Credit Union of America. Two weeks ago, I became a victim of my idenity fraud and my accounts being hacked into. I explained to the receptionist what happened and she introduced me to Trang Lee. Words cannot express how thankful I am to Trang Lee for how professional she was with my situation. She went way above and beyond to assist me in stopping the hackers from accessing my accounts. Anytime I had problems she took the time to explain to me the steps I needed to take to secure my account. This situation went on for about two weeks and every step of the way Trang Lee, her supervisor and other members of Credit Union of America was there to make things better. This was one of the worst situations I've had to deal with. The best part of it was working with Trang Lee, and the way she treated me, reminding me of that hometown feeling and going forward I know I can trust Trang Le with my business dealings with Credit Union of Ameri
