I visited the store Monday, January 15, 2024. There’s a guy at the counter who is very rude. He would try to rush us out of the store and sounded like helping us was a waste of his time. If you had a question (even the most simple question) he would tell you that he didn’t know and you would have to contact customer service. It is very concerning that somebody who has access to phone accounts does not know how to answer questions that customers may have to get an idea on what their account may look like. It’s also concerning that he was training a new employee And now that employee is probably not going to know how to engage with customers correctly or answer certain questions. Very disappointing because if he would’ve had been more helpful, I probably would’ve bought a new iPhone today. Do better.

Customer service representatives were very unhelpful had horrible communication skills charged me 15$ to change a phone number then change it right back because that’s not the service I wanted then couldn’t refund my money so I paid 15$ to spend an hour in the cricket location and accomplished absolutely nothing

Hustled my friend who is not a native English speaker into setting up a plan. They assured us the unlocked phone we brought will work. Phone ended up having issues being activated. The associate who worked with us was dismissive, confrontational, and rolled his eyes at our requests.We requested a SIM card to troubleshoot (this was advise from the Cricket Wireless 611), and the associate once again rolled his eyes in went in the back room. We could hear him arguing with a colleague about it. He then came back out and attempted to publicly shame us by announcing for all to hear.Overall I am not pleased with the service.

Shut my service off over $10The lady at this store didn’t charge me for the last $10 when I went in and asked to FINISH paying my bridge pay. Meaning I wanted to finishing paying my bill in fullGave the lady $60 and she gave me $10 back and said oh it’s only $50.Now I owe $90 (which is my bill in full)After paying $100 for 2 weeks of service.Honestly want to go with another phone carrier for their neglect to make things right.

Really bad costumer service, there is young woman she's so rude with some costumers, she treat people like they don't have money to buy or upgrade a phone, so I ask for some prices and she told me all prices wrong, she say the most cheap price was around $400 , even Motorola, Samsung or anyone nothing less than $400 plus taxes.. Lol so no more $100 or $200 phones doesn't matter what brand..I spoke and complained with the manager and he didn't care it all , he acted like don't be on trouble with the young woman LOL he is the manager and he is supposed to put order in the store..I went to next cricket location at south Broadway and I confirmed all wrong prices from Seneca cricket store...I had all 3 phones upgrades and 1 more new line and new phone...All this happened about 4 or 5 weeks ago ,if this help to the owner to do something.. some times people don't complain they just never come back..
