Horrible customer service. The little girl who works in the store tried to fight me but got scared when I pulled her card. How embarrassing. This is why you shouldn't hire children. Poor customer service skills and all talk.

Actually better than expected. I was a T-Mobile customer and I just felt like I was getting ripped off with the very fragile and buggy Pixel 6a, which I tried after having been a Moto fan, out of curiosity. The screen was cracking from over heating and the phone was just too quirky and over hyped and just over priced. But now I have the very awesome Moto stylus for free, and I'm guessing it will be just as good as my old Motos. Moto doesn't add bloatware like a lot of people assume. They make very high quality stuff and they add a layer of refinement that is actually good. Anyway cricket was a little more than I was expecting monthly but it's not bad.

Was in on 09/29/21 10:30am. Was helped by Lauren / Loren (?) She was knowledgeable, fast, yet patient with me. She got me going quickly, answered my questions, but most importantly, was so friendly and respectful. Please clone her!! Girl deserves a raise… And no, I do not know her, I’m just very tired of disrespectful, lazy customer service. So many people these days act like they’re doing you a favor and don’t want to do their job.

I had one of the best experiences at a Cricket Store that I have ever had. Not only was Rafael helpful, but very professional and he sold me and added a new phone to my service in less than fifteen minutes. I definitely highly recommend this store and Rafael as an awesome agent for Cricket Wireless..??
