I will never be going back to this cricket store. The first time I ever went to the store I was double charged and had to fight tooth and nail to get a refund and that was four years ago recently, I called and talked to Markel the area manager and asked if I could have a refund for these fake AirPods I was sold. And he told me that all sales are final. I explained that I understood that when I purchased them, but I agreed to all sales are final when I was told they were AirPods. That voids all sales are final when I was lied to for a sale. He then told me if I walked into my local store today that I would not get a refund and good luck to getting a refund. No company should be proud of the fact that they lied to a customer of seven years just to get a sale. and then when I found out the truth, told me good luck on getting a refund. Disgusting disrespectful behavior from an area manager.

The people doesn't appear to be very knowledgeable. Use to be when you went into these stores they really knew their stuff. Nowadays, kids can't even read a analog clock.

Absolutely outstanding service! Both ladies Nicole and Abby were super friendly! Abby is very sweet and customer oriented. Nicole is super knowledgeable, patient and kind. I went in at another location to change my plan and they completely messed it up. Came here and Nicole fixed it all and proposed better ideas and discounts. Highly recommend this location.

avoid going to this cricket location. i went in to buy a screen protector and they only had liquid glass so i went with that. when i asked for them to put it on for me they refused. i then tried going to another cricket store and they said that they would be able to put it on for me but that the one on rock road was supposed to put it on since they made the sale. why would you sell products that you can’t even help the customer with? i understand if i bought something from another store or online and came in but no, i bought it from THEIR store. learn how to put on your own products. i then called and asked about the situation and asked to speak to a MANAGER and the girl (nicole) told me i could talk to her, then had an attitude. she said “you can read the instructions”. would not recommend this location to anyone.EDIT- i had my aunt go in for me, they asked if it was me who went in and she said no, the manager proceeded to say that if i spoke to her she would have hung up on me. management at this store needs to be CHECKED asap.

I should have checked the reviews before going here. We wanted to get a new connection, and the employee was very ignorant, and did not look like she wanted to help us. She ran the IMEI number and let me know that the phone is locked, and continued to act like we were supposed to know why it was locked. We were able to go to T-Mobile store next door and find out that the phone was using 3G, and that the cricket had turned their 3G service off in Feb 2022. Nothing against Cricket, but this place has some very rude employees who do not have any idea of customer service, or technical skills for that matter as they failed to identify the real issue why my phone was incompatible.
