This used to be the absolute best pharmacy in town - amazing staff, and zero problems getting prescriptions. Right up until a few months ago.
Apparently it’s been taken over by “new managment” (and all new staff), and everything has gone completely downhill.
I get refills I didn’t request. When I request refills they rarely get filled - there is always some sort of problem and no one on staff understands why. They don’t notify you when there is a problem (which there always seems to be), so you’re left guessing whether or not your medication is coming or not.
I now have to call in refills a week or two early then follow up on every request to make sure it’s not hung up somehow, because they don’t tell you if it is. The extra fun part about that is it sometimes causes further delays because their system flags the request as being too early, but again they never tell you this.
You have ONE job Dandurand, and you can’t seem to do it.

Since the new staff service is completely horrible medication is never ready staff is very rude always acting like there not wanting to wait on people of color never felt so humiliated before in my life will not be going back ever

This used to be the best pharmacy up until a few months ago. Previously I never had any issues with getting my items filled. Now it seems like every time I get something filled there is always some type of issue. And the people there are less than helpful.

Love this pharmacy! I’ve never had a bad experience here. I seitched to this pharmacy from a chain with later hours and have zero regrets. I’ve also had great experiences at the Wesley and Central locations.

Switched to this pharmacy maybe a year ago and wish I had sooner. Switched from a larger place with more convenient/longer hours, but the amazing service makes up for it by miles. They know who I am when I walk in and are always friendly and so helpful. I never have to wait more than a few minutes start to finish and again... so friendly and helpful.

I can not say enough about how much I love all the gentlemen working there or the pharmacy itself. It doesn't matter who I talk to they know who I am. I try not to pick favorites, but Tyler goes above and beyond on the phone or in person. Do yourself a favor and transfer your prescriptions now. They will treat you just like family!!

Dandurand at Carriage Crossing hours of operation are awful. They are also an Amazon drop hub but picking up your packages is next to impossible since they are not open on weekends and close at 6pm on weekdays. Good luck getting your items picked up if you work.

Dandurand Drug Store at Carriage Parkway knows it's medications and clients filling their prescriptions. I rely on their expertise when I have questions and the customer service is exceptional! They deliver as well!
