Think they are mixing the compound drugs wrong. My child consistently had low drug level on his labs even with the Dr. continuously increasing the dose. Switched to capsules of the same medicine and level went right up. Something shady is going on.One evening our medicine was not delivered until after 10pm.Also, had the pharmacist guilt trip me about the price of the medication that they were "giving" me, saying insurance only pays them for part of it.

If we could leave 10 stars, we would. Great people. Great service. Figure out how to get your prescriptions moved from Walgreens (where employees roll their eyes at you just because your there) or Dillions (about the same as Walgreens, but much slower), and move it to a pharmacy where you are treated with decency and respect. Where customer service stills has meaning.

Love dandurand. Staff is always helpful & will go above & beyond to help me find what I need. Not to mention it always takes less than 15 min to fill a prescription when I bring one in.

I'm a regular. I come here versus any other pharmacy. They all know me ? . They care and actually are very fast. All the people are sweethearts. I love you all. They've gone out of their way, for me.I don't want to tell everyone about them because I like the fact they are smaller lol. Kidding. They are pretty amazing.

The staff here goes above and beyond and gets to know the customer personally. They remember your name and greet you with a friendly face. They will work with you if you communicate your needs. And, as a little added bonus, there are one-of-a-kind items and cute clothing found in their boutique/gift section! ?

We’ve been customers of this pharmacy for many years and are always welcome with a smile and cheerful greeting. The pharmacy staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and professional. While we have never used the delivery service, we anticipate that as we age and our mobility becomes more limited, we take comfort in knowing that this pharmacy will make home deliveries. Thanks to all the staff for making us feel so welcome!

HORRIBLE customer service. The pharmacist refused to let me get my second covid vaccine due to not getting the first dose from her. I had previously called after I was notified they had extra doses they had to give before they expired. I made an appointment , filled out all the necessary paperwork after verifying they had enough vaccines. I followed protocol and made an appointment that was available. And when I arrived was told I could not get it and they magically “didn’t have any extra vaccines left” even though my appointment allocated one for me. So where does that vaccine go?? Why would you refuse to give it and let it expire? Seems like a wasteful use of resources.I have never experienced so much rudeness and disrespect from a “professional” and I have worked in healthcare for 10+ years. Speaking rude and condescending to a customer is unacceptable. I will never return there and I will tell everyone I now to NEVER do business there. Horrible horrible horrible way to treat customers
