Dana at David’s office took the time to explain my coverages in detail so I could fully understand what I have and what it means for me. She made sure I felt comfortable and confident with my policy, which gave me real peace of mind. I highly recommend this office!

I have had State Farm for 10+ years but recently switched to another company solely because of our experience with David Kemp's office. I would not recommend this office and strongly advise against it. When I would call to talk to my agent, the individual who answered the phone would gatekeep my requests. She was unhelpful and often provided incorrect information. Furthermore, we needed guidance on a claim but was completely ghosted by David Kemp when we needed information on the process. This ended up being extremely detrimental. I would not recommend this office.

I've been switching insurances trying to find the best, most afforadable complete coverage in ONE place for YEARS. I FOUND IT! State Farm is hands down the best. David, Seth, and Logan are so welcoming, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. They listen, care, and respond back to any of my questions so quickly. I have home owners, 4 cars, and an umbrella with them. Better coverage at the best price then I've ever had for home and car! Umbrella is the icing on the top. Check them out. Easy to switch. Worth the few minutes it takes so you can sleep better at night. 😀 ( I've already had a claim in my first few weeks of the new policy and this team didn't hesitate to jump right in and guide me through everything! So niccccce)

It all started when I answered my door, which I usually do not. From that moment on everyone has been extremely helpful and polite. Letting me know what to expect and when. They valued my time as much as I do. Thanks for the quick comparison.

Apparently David is not like Jake from State Farm or he would be at there with my first time ever visiting his office. Been with him for a bit and have had no complaints of the products and services he provides. Well…. maybe just cheaper rates. Or maybe a customer appreciation event with margarita machine. 😆

Been with this company for years, even worked at their office briefly after moving back to Wichita. They will evaluate your needs and give you a recommendation for insurances coverage. They have a quick response time and friendly customer service!
